Please please please!!! Stay away from these guys.They are scammers and will lure you into a very bad experience.
Wonder why they are still able to operate.
One lady called Niharika is likely to be the first person you may speak with.She will lie to you and say yes to all your request until she gets your money.
They will then keep telling you she's on break anytime you call.Please don't fall for them.
How I wish I could give -50 stars to these fraudsters.

A gentleman by the name of Nathan (probably fake name) has No sense of customer service, no courtesy towards customer n talking in a raised tone, when I requested for a refund. Forcing his own home made rules on customer to accept the silly offer they make. No one never gets back for an update. False promises of booking tickets after taking the money.
Customer get chased nonstop when they want the money...upon request of refund everyone hides n goes underground, call rejection n ignoring messages is rather normal procedure for them. Niharika the sweet talker is in the front line to extract the money instantly and forcefully.
Nathan probably a fake name floor manager speaks rudely n doesn't listen to you. Full of excuses not to refund the full amount. On this occasion they're messing with the wrong guy. Company registered in the UK but trading from an Indian office in the back ally, thinking no one can approach them physically, they feel untouchable. Guess what trading standards n law will approach their UK registered office n hunt them down for conning innocent customers. They'll pay for fooling customers with silly excuses.
The biggest scammers in the name of travel company I've ever come across. Any future customers please do not support them and do not make the mistake of giving your money to this company. Book your travel tickets directly with an airline or book with a company that is physically based in the UK (if you're based in the UK). Do not fall for their sweet talking tricks. This so called world best travel is the world worst n nasty travel. Hope this helps.

This travel is a totally scammer. Its main aim is to deceive travel not to help. After having tickets you will get nothing

Please don’t go to them world best scam fake doggy company took £4500 from me for 4 tickets.
Full story is very long. 13 days later after 100 calls contact so many companies bank finely PTS protected trust service. Help me to get my money back not all £4220. They eat my £280 for no reason nothing 😢.

I have been scammed by worldbesttravel,i have booked ticket through them, at the time of booking I was promised that one change in free (flexi ticket) while return but unfortunately when I request for change, they asked me to pay 390Pounds where i could get a new ticket in 280pounds.
they are not even picking my call even they pick put me on hold. All telephone operators were (Could be bogus names) liars they promise you at the time of booking and cheat you at the end. they say Manager is busy for few days and then met with Accident for few days. If you're approaching these guys means you are ready to be looted think twice before you purchase.

I can’t believe those previous negative reviews. Having just purchased 2 airline tickets from this company (having read their great reviews on google) I’ve found them to be super helpful, very knowledgeable and patient! First rate….will certainly keep using them in the future.

I have been scammed, they took £800 deposit and, never received out flight confirmation and called Air India booking wasn't even made. Horrible people called 10 times for confirmation. Do not book with this people at all. horrible service and Pratik who was dealing with this very unprofessional.

If only it was possible to give zero stars. Utter bunch of crooks. They have every trick. Tried to get £180 out of me as the flight I booked (4 months earlier) was only ever wait listed and the time had changed. There was only 2 seats left and I'd better pay now !

The Agent name Max told to me pay £50 deposit to block the fight seat and cost. Next day I called them to pay the total amount. The Agent told there is no seat in the flight and proposed different dates and more cost. Also, they said the deposit will be not returned even though it is their fault. Worst experience in my life with booking reservation.

I booked four flights tickets for me and my family a few months ago, at that time they sent messages to me the price of each ticket was £495.00 including two pieces luggage. After that I sent £1980 .00 in total. How ever after they received the money they asked for an extra £160 per ticket in order for the luggage. Then I told them to give my money back, they were saying there was cancellation fee of £80 per ticket. After a lot of arguing, in the end they sent me 3 tickets and I had no other choice but to accept only these 3 tickets as they would not give me all my money back. I have already informed my bank and the police.
Please be very careful of booking your tickets from this company as they are scammers.

We got scammed by this company as well . They posed as another travel agency that we used in the past and booked us seats that we did not need. We didn't get any email confirmation and then when we asked them to refund our money or escalate to their superior they said they can only offer us a voucher. We have not been able to get our money back from them. I have reported them to the police and citizens advise bureau. Please avoid using this agency at all cost.

"I booked a flight for myself and my 3-month-old son from them, but they deceived me by providing a connecting flight to a country where I wasn't even allowed to enter. It was 3 am in the morning when I had to return with my two kids. I reported this incident to the police. I urge everyone to support me and avoid getting scammed by them, for the sake of your own journey.

Worst Travel agency I have ever come across. They issued me a voucher for their mistake and now tell me I cannot use it . Liars and thieves. PLEASE DO NOT USE

MAX and JOE ARE THE MOST UNPLEASANT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH OVER THE PHONE SO PLEASE PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY TICKETS ARE CHEAPER AND SAFER FROM THE AIRLINE COMPANIES

Would never contact this company was felt we were bullied into buying flights from this company through nick as ours was cancelled ..he should have advised us to contact the company we booked through ..which is who I thought I was talking too
