This company was great. They were kind and very efficient. They also answered all my questions without hesitation. They got the job done, I will definitely be recommending them to people i know. Thank you.

This was the worst experience of our life. I would give them zero stars if I could but Trust Pilot requires me to select at least one star.

We hired MD Transportation Group LLC d/b/a World Class Moving & Storage (USDOT #3295868) for an interstate move from Connecticut to New Jersey in October 2025.

Our original written estimate was $10,900.

After our belongings were loaded onto the truck, the price was increased to $14,200 and ultimately we paid over $20,000 to obtain delivery of only a portion of our property. The rest remains in storage.

Because our new home was being renovated, we were told storage would be provided at no charge. Later, we were contacted and told we needed to pay more than $7,000 in additional storage-related charges. Delivery was refused until additional payments were made.

We ultimately had to secure possession of the storage units ourselves and pay delinquent storage charges directly to regain access to our belongings and prevent them from being auctioned off.

When we recovered our items, several were missing and others were damaged. We had paid $700 for additional insurance coverage but have had difficulty obtaining proper claim documentation or response.

We have filed formal complaints with the appropriate federal and state agencies.

We encourage anyone considering this company to:

• Carefully review all written documents
• Confirm whether the estimate is binding
• Verify cargo insurance coverage through FMCSA
• Research complaint history before signing

This was our personal experience. We hope it helps other families make an informed decision.

We loved the crews and the service, everything was so seamless! We used them twice, once to "declutter" the old space and put stuff in storage, and then again for the actual move. The crews were professional, friendly and super punctual even early which I love! and they packed for us, disassembled and reassembled furniture and were quick but thorough doing it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Highly recommend! The booking process was very easy and everything was moved much quicker than expected. True professionals!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! Words simply cannot express the horror my family and I have gone through with this moving company. I’m not sure if we will ever recover from this. This company operates under an alias called MDTransportation Group, which was likely exposed for its business practices (just look at the reviews). They use a new name, World-class Moving and Storage. These people are liars and scammers. We hired them at an estimated price, but once they had our belongings, new costs started appearing for various items that were never discussed or agreed upon. They provided us with 3 different contracts at different times, depending on what they wanted to change. David berated my husband and cursed at him, accusing him of not sending him money or the right amount. They blocked my husband’s number and would not provide us with any information about when our belongings would arrive, where they were being held, how they came up with new expenses, or anything else. We had to get the state police involved to get them to talk. I’m pretty sure it was the ONLY reason we ever got our stuff back at all. Most of our belongings were carelessly thrown onto the truck, and many things were broken or damaged. Whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They prey on innocent people, hold their belongings hostage, and get them to pay absurd amounts of money just to be delivered in bits and pieces. I promise to stop at nothing to bring this company down and personally ensure that they get what they deserve. We have been in touch with attorneys, law enforcement, the FMSCA, BBB, and everything in between. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE.

They did EXACTLY was I asked of them. They were on time, friendly and right priced. I couldn't have asked more of them.

The team at MD transportation made my relocation an easy one. They were very honest about the process, fair with pricing and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I would recommend this company.

These guys were great. They were on-time, friendly, professional, and definitely knew what they were doing. My husband and I were nervous about moving all of our things from San Francisco to New York City, but the crew made sure all our belongings arrived on-time and in great condition. CA-NY Express were really fast too - they had our things to our new apartment in 8 days, which was 3x as fast as any moving company.

Movers never showed up. Originally scheduled the move for Saturday morning a week prior. Then got a call Friday night after I had completely finished packing that they would instead be coming 11 am on Monday. I call them on Monday at 1 pm and all they told me was that they were “working on it.” It wasn’t until about 4 pm and practically begging them to just give us a straight answer on whether or not they were coming that we discovered they not only could not find record of my contract, they also didn’t have a driver. Now, they won’t return my calls or emails about receiving a refund of the almost $700 I paid for no one to show up.

We were told in Dec that we would have our refund sent first week of Feb. still nothing. Not even a return email or call Took 7 months to get our belongings (average is 2). They double charged us and we still have not been compensated. Scam scam scam
