Extremely Disappointing Experience – INR 57,099 Paid

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with World Document Services.

I am a dentist from Gaza who was forced to leave because of the war. Many of my personal and professional documents were lost or destroyed, making these academic records extremely important for rebuilding my career in Canada.

I paid World Document Services a total of INR 57,099 in two payments to assist me in obtaining my graduation certificate and academic documents from Kuvempu University.

Despite making both payments, I have been waiting for months and still have not received my graduation certificate or the required documents. I have repeatedly contacted the company by email and telephone, but my calls are currently not being answered and I have not received a satisfactory explanation.

These documents are essential for my professional credential assessment with the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB). This prolonged delay has seriously affected my ability to restart my professional career after everything I have already lost because of the war.

I understand that university verification may take time. However, customers deserve clear communication, transparency, and a realistic timeline—especially after paying INR 57,099.

I am sharing my personal experience so that others can make an informed decision. I sincerely hope World Document Services will respond, explain the situation, and resolve my case by providing the services I paid for or an appropriate refund.

I had a very disappointing experience with World Document Services (WDS). I submitted my request for WES transcript processing and made the full payment of ₹14,260 on 03 August 2024 . Although they promised a 20-day turnaround time, it has been far longer, and I have not received any transcript or shipping update.

While their portal shows the document status as “Verified,” there has been no actual progress or meaningful communication from their team. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any clear response or resolution.

Overall, I feel let down and misled by their service. My experience with WDS has been highly unprofessional and unreliable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid using their services for WES or academic transcript processing to save both money and peace of mind.

I had a very disappointing experience with World Document Services (WDS) during my NDEB documentation process.

There were continuous delays, poor coordination, lack of follow-up, and overall mismanagement throughout the process. My case manager, Simmi, delayed starting my MUHS transcript process even though payment was made on time. After that, my concerns were repeatedly ignored, and many of my messages and follow-ups went unanswered. After that Ronnie handled my case and he was also of no great help

Whenever I called for updates, I was repeatedly told that I would receive a callback, but nobody ever called back. Communication and customer support were extremely poor throughout the entire process.

Another major issue was negligence in collecting my transcripts from the designated address. Instead of accepting responsibility, WDS reportedly informed MUHS that I was out of India, which was misleading and untrue.

The most frustrating part was that despite paying for end-to-end assistance and coordination, I ultimately had to personally coordinate with MUHS and handle several things on my own because proper follow-up was not being done from WDS’s side.

My final degree re-authentication requested by NDEB was time-sensitive, yet there was no urgency shown despite assurances that follow-up would be completed quickly.

Overall, my experience with WDS was stressful and exhausting due to delays, lack of accountability, poor communication, and negligence in handling important educational documentation. I hope the company improves its professionalism and customer support so others do not face similar issues.

Fake organisation. One of the employee named ronie was in touch with me to provide transcript from two universities. One I got but another I didn't. My abroad plan stopped due to this. It's been a year now, neither I got the transcript not the extra paid amount. Now the guy is ignoring me. Don't trust these people. Take my honest feedback.

I need my transcripts for my job and this team and Ronney promised me that they will get it done in a month or so. They took full amount in advance . It’s been more than 1.5 YEARS NOT MONTHS. More than 20Months they still haven’t done anything. Fraud people they just took your money and Ghost you. They said they are still working on my case till date they haven’t submitted even one proof that they worked on my case not even 1application form proof or something

I am very happy with the services provided by WDS as they successfully helped me get my certificates from Chattisgarh university. Nancy helped me from day one and she was very polite and heard my concerns well. It was a pleasant experience. I will highly recommend WDS. Great Job Nancy!!!.

I applied to world document service to send my documents to NDEB 6 months ago. Despite of paying full fees in advance they haven’t delivered their services and now they don’t reply to my emails or call. We can not write reviews on their website either to let other people know about them. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend to go there.
