did not get the order right 2 of the items were delivered with the wrong amount eg:- 10ml instead of 30ml. still waiting for a reply.

Thanks for the review sorry you feel that way we have never had any complaints about the flavour not tasting as it should. We have also never received any emails from you asking for a refund. You have placed a few orders with us and didn't seem to have any issues with the other orders but on the fairly large order there seemed to be a problem when you have tried the flavours in a smaller size before and there was no problem and all batches are the same so there should be no difference to the one you have previously used.

Poor customer service
I had orders from this company a few times without any problems however my recent order was not dispatched for over a week and then it took two weeks to arrive. I contacted customer service to check what was happening and to see where my order was but I received no response what so ever which is extremely poor. It is a good job my order eventually turned up because I had no help from the company I was just completely ignored. Due to this i have taken my custom elsewhere with a company that does care about its customers rather than just taking their money and then not dealing with problems when they arrise. Decent products but just poor non responsive customer service.

Good value and Flavour
I have never bought this type of flavouring before so I was really pleased when I tried this product. The flavour was natural, no artificial tasting and the price was excellent. I will definitely buy again.
