I have known this business and its team for some time, and I do not recognise the company described in this review.

As this review has been posted anonymously, its authenticity and whether it was written by a genuine customer cannot be independently verified. In my experience, they are professional, knowledgeable and committed to providing customers with honest advice, quality machinery and ongoing support. They have built a strong reputation within the industry and have supplied and supported many satisfied customers over the years.

It is perfectly reasonable for a customer to choose a different supplier, but the personal accusations and negative characterisation in this review do not reflect the business I know. Genuine concerns should be raised with specific details so they can be addressed fairly and constructively.

I would encourage anyone considering this company to look at its wider customer feedback, speak to the team directly and make a decision based on verified information rather than relying on one anonymous and unsubstantiated account.

If I could do a 0 review I would. I have dealt with the owner of this business before under one of his many masks which made me VERY WORRIED, I really wanted to buy a Bodor machine but was unfortunately forwarded to world machinery. I visited their showroom and can only describe the sale technique as like a car salesman from both the owner and his main salesman Marc. The pressure selling is something that revolts me. So I came away discarding Bodor as a brand. I then did some private research and found a much more reputable dealer in the north. Having gone through the process with them and eventually ordering a very good Bodor machine from some very nice people, I was then called several times by world machinery who acosted me and were not pleasant at all keeping with there usual unprofessional nature to the end

Brought a bodor laser from world machinery. Very good machine. However world machinery do not respond to breakdowns. Send invoices for work not carried out and had no service in 3 years. Awful company, DO NOT USE WAYNE HIPKISS AT WORLD MACHINERY. Had issues from day 1 but all correspondence is constantly ignored.

Professionalism & Experiened Staff
