i am writing this so everyone to know i did order for 90EUROS paid by crypto and it went trought payment was accepted and it showed it will be delivered insta to my email but its pas 2 days allready nothing has been recived when i did contact the only thing they are saying that i did not pay for that order but in their site it even shows THANKS FOR ORDER PAYMETH WAS successful and they want me to pay 2nd time for that order
and when u contact them dont wait for answr for 2 days bullshit site 0 starts 0 recomendations

Hello!
We've reviewed your situation:
You ordered the "M+15 weekly" service (not in the timer). In this case, 0-1 item drops from the chest in the end of the dungeon, we wanted to do the best for you and did run in the timer (which costs 15 euros more and you had it for free), that increased the chances of loot, as a result, 2 items dropped but not to you. Unfortunately, we couldn't trade them, because there is a mechanic in the game according to which players can't transfer items with item level higher they have. And since this is the beginning of the season, our players can't trade all slots yet, but we are trying to fix this as soon as possible. If there were no such restrictions in the game, we would gladly give you all the loot!
For the above reasons, we haven't provide traders at the moment and we have a warning about loot system on the page of this service.
We understand how upset you are that you didn't receive this loot, and we tried to do our best, but we can't do anything with Blizzard's mechanics in any way.
And it's rather sad to get 1 star review, given this moment that is beyond our control and the fact that before that we have successfully completed more than 5 of your orders.
As you can see, in the end, our good intentions played against us.

Great service! Worth the money
Was very quick and communicative. Will use again! There were some hiccups but nothing egregious, just bad timing, and they kept me in the loop.
