Fast and efficient order and delivery

Poor stock management and unacceptable customer service.
I am extremely dissatisfied with how this order has been handled.
This was my first order with this company, and it has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I ordered 7L of oil specifically to cover my car service, but only 6L was delivered. It appears the company sold more stock than they actually had available.
After multiple calls and emails, I was told that the missing 1L had been dispatched via Royal Mail. However, by 8pm it was clear that the item had not even been handed over to Royal Mail, meaning delivery will not happen as promised.
This has had a direct financial impact on me. I am now unable to attend a pre-booked service appointment and will lose my deposit due to the company’s failure to supply the full order.
At no point was I informed that the product was out of stock or that my order would be sent incomplete. This lack of communication prevented me from making alternative arrangements or cancelling in time.
Overall, this reflects very poor stock management and unacceptable customer service.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop.
