Great product and a good price with fast delivery!

I had a problem with paying on-line and you were so helpful over the phone and were able to take payment.

I had a night mare at my local garden center trying to find me a spare part ..called and spoke to a gentleman called Anthony, very very helpful and found the part I needed, a spare remote control for my water fountain to keep my grandson happy in the garden as he loves the water.,I can say the service I received today was outstanding , I will be using this company again.
Once again Anthony thanks a million for your support and 💯 in customer service , you certainly done the company proud .

Always good...excellent service at a fair price

Parcel arrived, no damage, all ok. However it took too long to arrive by Parcel Force (might have been on strike). Ordered on 25/8/23 arrived on 4/9/23. Other that this, no problems, thank you

First time user , order well packed , plants good quality.

Placed my order for 4 x 2kg tubs of fish food for our fish in our pond and some pond treatment. The website said to expect delivery to be 3-5 working days. To my pleasant shock, the delivery arrived the day after I placed the order. Excellent service.

Order dealt with simply and quickly. Delivery well packaged and on time. Paid for 5+5 and received 6+6

Sadly the courier service let down WoW. They don't have enough drivers. I received a text informing of delivery, I stayed in ALL DAY as they wouldn't leave plants otherwise, nothing arrived. This happened for the next 3 days. When delivery was finally made, the driver was lovely and apologetic, insisted I opened box and checked contents were still ok, just in case. I had only bought marginals which were still damp and easily perked up. WoW take note!

The staff at Gloucester Water World are brilliant so helpful and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them.
