I registered with Cover People in the summer whilst abroad, having dealt with Rachael and she's been fantastic throughout! She's got a professional yet friendly manner, has my number saved so will always answer the phone addressing me by name. She always responds to queries in a timely manner, and takes the effort in explaining unfamiliar aspects of supply work (umbrella companies, rates of pay, impact of Covid etc). It's not to say that I've had any negative experiences with any of the other agencies I'm registered with, but I always get that more personal feel with Rachael than other agents. She 'gets it' for want of a better phrase, and will find placements to suit my personal and specific needs and not merely financial ones. Added bonus, she's the only person in the company I've ever dealt with, so I'm not having to pass messages on from one consultant to the next.

Amy-was literally a Godsend after CoVid. International education is very dynamic now and Amy knows the market without a doubt. You can put your future in her hands and you will be well taken care of.

The support and level of communication I have received from Rachael has been outstanding from the outset. Rachael ensured that my initial paperwork was processed quickly followed by a placement at the start of term. Any queries I have had have been quickly dealt with in a friendly professional manner. This approach has been key in enabling me quickly settle into my new post. The COVID-19 webinar was highly informative and interesting. I have been applying it, along with my other newly acquired COVID-19 habits. Overall, there is minimum disruption to my life and a confidence that I could be helping to stem its spread. In context:
For example, long-term financial increases: it costs me £45 a month in face masks so that I wear a different one on the bus than I do in school. I’ve bought biological capsules instead of using washing-up liquid to wash my clothes, which is an increase of £8 per month. There will be an increase in toiletries too.
Medium-term financial increases: I’m expecting my energy-bill to increase by up to £22 per month to pay for at least one additional wash load per week and tumble dryer, as I live in a flat with no balcony. These will mean that I will need to be even more organised with my time to be at home whilst these are drying to abide by Housing Acts and Landlord rules.
Short-term financial increases: I need to buy more smalls and towels, which will cost £35.

Coverpeople are by far the best and only agency to register with! I had a great experience registering and dealing with the fabulous Amelia who enrolled me courteously and politely and THE amazing and super friendly professional James is AMAZING and really knows his job well. I cannot recommend Cover People highly enough. Keep up the great work everyone!

Wow what can I say..this is my first and only experience with an agency and I am blown away with the result. James is fantastic at his job and really made me feel reassured that he could get me some work. Within ONE week I have got myself the perfect job that looks like it could become permanent! Since signing up with Cover People I have been very happy. Rachael, in particular, has been incredibly supportive and understanding of my needs in regards to worship, travel and ensuring I have work. During the unfortunate time of Covid-19 thanks to Rachael's advice I was signed up with an Umbrella company that has given me a furlough thanks to the constant stream of work when not travelling.
