My experience was good and their service was very helpful especially Trisha coordinated me with timely updates. I got my transcripts in time.

This has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I paid INR 30,000 for my degree, fully expecting it to be delivered on time. It has now been two months, and I have received nothing. No degree, no updates, no communication. Ayush, the person supposedly handling my case, has completely vanished.

Now, out of nowhere, they are demanding additional payment in US dollars, which was never mentioned when I registered or paid. This is blatant misrepresentation and feels like a total scam.

With my PR application date approaching, this delay has turned a significant financial and emotional investment into a useless, frustrating exercise. Spending this much money only to be ignored, ghosted, and hit with unexpected charges is completely unacceptable.

I am now forced to consider escalating this issue by reporting this to consumer protection authorities. Do not trust this company—they are unprofessional, deceptive, and show zero regard for their customers. Anyone thinking of paying them should be warned: you risk losing your money and your time. Avoid them at all costs!

This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with any service provider.

I was explicitly promised that my transcript would be delivered within one month. It has now been over five months, and I have received absolutely nothing. This level of delay is completely unacceptable and shows a blatant disregard for customers’ time and commitments.

What makes this situation even worse is the misleading and contradictory information provided by the team. After months of silence and repeated follow-ups, I was suddenly told that “credential verification” and “transcript” are the same thing. This is clearly false and appears to be an excuse to cover up their failure to deliver what was originally promised. Such misrepresentation is highly unethical and raises serious concerns about the integrity of this service.

The lack of accountability, poor communication, and false assurances have caused significant stress and negatively impacted my professional plans. It is evident that this organization either lacks the competence to deliver its services or is intentionally misleading its customers.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this website. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not trust this service.

I had an urgent request for my education transcript service and the entire team at Worldwide Transcripts were there 24X7 to answer my queries. The entire team especially Nandita, who was my case representative, was very helpful in dealing with the urgent situation. They are very responsive and very professional in handling all queries. I had approached Worldwide Transcripts while living in UK to sort out some documentation, primarily the Medium of Instruction and Attested transcripts from Mumbai Univ, that were required by ECCTIS.
I had contacted Worldwide and they first sent me quote. After payment and agreeing to timelines, they assigned a dedicated person - in my case it was Trisha - to update, coordinate the ground work.
In the end, they got the docs sorted and sent across to the org. After due checks, I got a positive response from the UK institution.
The process was well managed by Worldwide (Trisha and team). I had some doubts initially, but Trisha managed to sort them on a watsapp call. They are a bit more expensive than others. Also the initial timeline quoted didnt work, because of issues such as holidays. Take this into account, a little bit of patience is required.

Rented house: Avinguda D'Amèrica 7, Campello, Spain. Rented for 6 weeks.
I almost don't know where to start... This rental disappointed on several parameters.
Upon arrival, we could immediately see that the house and view had been photoshopped. The view was manipulated. In the ad there was a clear view of the sea. In reality, the view was ruined by several transverse wiring networks, etc.
The ad described renovated in 2021.
However, not in the condition expected!
There were many things that were absolutely not right. The toilet door could not be closed/locked. The electric heating in the toilet was not turned on. Had to buy an extension cord myself and pull from another room. The ad described that there was parking on the property...there might (doubt it) be room for a Fiat 500. Not for an ordinary family car.
Cleaning was lousy. Cobwebs and dirt under the chairs and dirty windows.
When we arrived at the accommodation we were met by an older Spanish speaking gentleman (with an intercom) who couldn't figure out wifi, heating etc. We understood very little... but we then understood that he needed cash before we got the key. He told us this several times! He also promised that various problems would be solved by a service technician the next day. The technician never came and we wrote to the landlord several times without getting a response. In the end we downloaded manuals ourselves and solved the problems. But without heating for 2 days.
Incidentally, the swimming pool was also leaking... it didn't mean anything to us, but it also affects the overall impression. The same with a lot of loose tiles, old worn-out furniture etc.
The rental price was about double the price of the house we rented last year. But the house last year was better in all areas even though it was 18000 kr cheaper. Also there, an English speaking guide came every week to ask if everything was ok.
So any interested tenants, forget this house...find another one in Campello, which is totally Nice!

I had a really good experience with Worldwide Transcript Service. They completed my work much faster than expected even before the timeline. I was assigned Ayush, and he was very responsive to all my messages. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend their service.

Don't believe them. They are making false document for the university and sending it and it is getting rejected. Same happened with me and one of my friend. We both applied for transcript from Magadh University which was rejected by IQAS stating that the documents are not correct and asked to get the certificate and transcript using RTI. When I checked with Worldwide transcripts they told that it is rejected because we didn't provide the marksheet. Although provision certificate was provided. When checked in University they denied that it is there seal and sign in the document that WWT had sent us as proof. We asked for refund from then which they agreed and now they keep giving excuses. Due to this my PR application is still pending.

The service was good. They arranged the required documents. Ayush kept updating me, whenever I needed the update. Honestly I felt the service is a little costly but when you are abroad and need documents you don't have many options.
