The wig I ordered did not match the description on website. I orderded a 12" Virgin Hair Bob. Straight out the box the wig had a strong chemical smell and the texture of the hair was rough and bristled. When I put the wig the cut was not consistent with the bob and whatever the layering or cut was was very choppy. In addition majority of the hair is 6-8" and only on the top layer was it 12". The pricture showed a even denisity straight bob, this wig is a stringy mess. I am awaiting to hear back. I should have known based on thier refund policy that it was likely I was going to have an issue. You have to pay for return shipping, in addition to paying for return shipping they charge a 30 re-stock fee. Unlike brands like Hairvivi (free returns) or RPG show (US return address no restock fee). I have (5 Hairvivi and 1 RPG-both very prompt on addressing issues) I will be returning the wig regardless of the expense to return. Update: WowAfrican has honored a full refund and did give me a local US address for the return. I appreciate them handling my concern.

The shine is soft and natural, not overly glossy. It photographs really well.

I've been buying wigs from wowafrican for many years, but I wasn't very satisfied with their main products in the past few years. However, I recently bought some of their so-called virgin hair wigs, and the quality really amazed me. The price is indeed quite high, though.

From ordering to delivery, the entire process was smooth. I had no issues at all.

The shipping time on the website is really hard for me to understand. It clearly says 7 days, but customer service told me it would take 7-10 days, and my order was shipped more than seven days later.
