my Christmas package was suppose to be delivered on the 18th of December, only to find out now 25 days later that its only been sent now. the 7th of Jan.
How dose this company stay in business

I bought 2 items costing nearly 80.pounds they havent been delivered and i have been in an email joust trying to either get the goods i paid for or my money back.
But all they do is bang on about is the vouchers i do not cere about vouchers.
I am losing my temper with them they havent sent my purchases and they are refusing to refund my money im sure thats not legal so please buyer beware i will never trust them again ever.

I ordered an Eccox mattress via Living Social in November and have successfully ordered this same mattress several times. Upon checking for an order status in early December (it was a Christmas present) Living Social informed me that they had emailed a voucher to me which had since expired (after 10 days) which had not been redeemed and no refund would be provided. So €259 and I received nothing. How are they getting away with this ?!

Even 1 star is to much. Purchased a dinner bed and breakfast hotel stay for my daughter and son in law as a Christmas gift which I sent to them on Christmas morning they were so happy to receive it as they don't get to spend quality time together. Only for them to contact me the next day they had tried to redeem the voucher only to be told it had expired. Totally disappointed I contacted Wowcher to see what could be done. I had received a confirmation email when I purchased it that did not show a expiry date. And as it was a gift had no reason to go into the voucher on the app. So after contacting Wowcher they have said the it has expired and I could not get a refund as I had the email confirming my purchase. So not happy have been back and forth with then with no luck. This seems to be an issue with Wowcher and the type of voucher purchased if you look on the trust pilot site it seems to be compliant after complaint for exactly the same reason. I can not recommend using this site if they continue treat loyal customers in this way.
Did not receive physical gift pack that I ordered a month ago. I needed that for a Christmas present. Tried contacting their atrocious customer service several times as I was waiting. They take ages to respond and have done nothing so far other than misunderstand my query and “transfer me to another team” who provided zero help. Before you clowns at Wowcher copy and paste a response saying “please give us more details and we’ll be happy to help” just know I’m ALREADY in contact with you and your staff/AI is useless! Chargeback it is so.

If I could leave it at no stars I would ordered from this weird setup of a company valued at 101.99 including delivery but the company that they used says no delivery fee so they’re taking money are charging for no delivery and now there only given me back €76.99 instead of all my original money so my advice is to think before you buy anything it’s an easy way to rip people off and get away
UPDATE They have said they will refund the delivery fee to but keep €5 as a non refundable amount but it took time to get all this back

I cancelled my VIP subscription on the day it should be renewed from a free subscription but cannot contact customer services for a refund. I have WhatsApp'd Wowcher but got no joy, and there seems no telephone number to get in touch. This is £9.99 down the drain, for a service I do not want.
My Order number is: 51019706 and I cancelled this on the actual date it was to be charged, I.e. 28/12/25.
The Wowcher site says contact Customer Services for a refund, but having WhatsApp'd the site, as instructed, i had no joy in gaining a refund.
The amount of £9.99 has been taken from my credit card, and I should appreciate a refund.

As I have heard nothing more from you regarding the above, I am now giving you 15 days in which to issue a refund, after which time, I shall be taking the matter further.

I have bought 2 hotel break vouchers. We have redeemed one voucher no problem. The second one simply won’t work regardless of what I do. I keep receiving the same messages over and over again. It’s extremely frustrating and stressful. I have tried every which way to sort the problem. Ultimately, there is “NO LIVE HELP” !!! We are four of us who want to go on a joint hotel break. I have now acquired a second completely different code for one of the vouchers. Going round in circles!! I Will be cancelling everything shortly, getting our money back and dealing with a proper company, with proper customer services! They have taken my money…..absolute no problem with that !! Now there is a problem, they are uncontactable !!!!!
I've booked a spa w/end got the voucher but it won't redeem.
WhatsApp and emailed wowcher with no success.
Hotel can't do anything as they haven't received the booking.

Rubbish,waste of money.
The merchant they use dont care much after you paid.
Keep sending the same emails.I still don't have my parcel since beginning of November and they keep saying check tracking....wowcher isn't helping,they keep saying they cant do anything.
Dont waste your money, specially if the seller called oberos or similar sh@t.

I ordered a climbing frame for my Grandson, for Christmas. When it didn't arrive I discovered I should have redeemed a voucher. I paid £65 at purchase point. Following the purchase I was inundated with emails from wowcher, some including cash back vouchers. It wasn't made clear at time of purchase that it was a two step process. It was only when my goods didn't arrive that I began contacting the company, only to be told my voucher had expired, and therefore I am not entitled to money back or goods. It's a busy time of year, with everybody making lots of purchases online in good faith. I was told I didn't redeem voucher in 2 week period, so that's it. No money, no climbing frame.
This has to be wrong. I researched this gift for my Grandson for hours and chose wowcher to purchase from, in good faith it would be here for Christmas. Instead I have had 24 hours of stress communicating with a BOT on WhatsApp and literally getting nowhere.
It's an utter scam. Stay away from this company. I have never felt so horrified with a service in my life.

UPDATE.. Wowcher have kindly resolved the above issue and given me a new voucher so I could get the climbing frame. I still think its a confusing site and this should be addressed to help all parties.

Bought and item on Living Social, item never came. Followed directions to contact supplying company, no response from them. Tried to contact living social only have a what’s app that’s an AI bot, let me speak to a human!!! Item never came, no customer service anywhere to get a refund from Living Social or Just Gift Direct. Will never use Living Social again, do not trust a company who cannot give the basics of customer service a simple email or contact form for customers to contact. When you have an issue you need to speak to an actual human who can resolve the query. Just awful

Guy’s, Stay well clear of this scamming site. Bought a voucher code for some software, couldn’t get it to work. Asked for some customer support, no reply. Luckily I paid through PayPal and they got me my refund, no thanks to Woucher. Hope this scam site goes bust! 💩💩💩💩💩

Ordered a gift for Christmas through Wowcher. The first hitch was then having to pay a further £5.99 postage to the "merchant" despite the price I paid through Wowcher being stated as a total. I was initially given an "On or before" delivery date of the 12th and recieved nothing so far. After several attempts of contact, one of their colleagues told me this is an estimated date ( not sure how as it literally says on/before, not an estimated date) and that it's actually an 8 day time frame and this is detailed on the email voucher I recieved. Well which is true, the on/before date you display up front to the customer or the 8 day time frame? I took it upon myself to do the legwork of contacting the merchant and Evri themselves (as Wowcher decide it's not really their issue after they've took your money and ask the customer to deal with *their* merchants instead of them doing what they should be doing seeming as the money was paid to Wowcher therefore my contract of sale is with them). The merchant gave a generic " So sorry we'll look into it" response. Evri have confirmed the parcel is lost in their network and unlikely to be delivered at all as it never reached the national hub, let alone anywhere near my address. Yet Wowcher keep giving the same robotic response of "Please don't worry, if it doesn't turn up today we will look into it further". I've already looked into it and the package has been lost! Any decent company would see this as obvious and rectify the issue swiftly. But no, no doubt I'll have to wait for Wowcher and the merchant to go through the motions I've had to with Evri already to confirm what I've already found out and detailed to them, leading to keeping my money over Christmas and not getting the gift I bought in time for Christmas. Completely inept behaviour from what is supposed to be a large, professional company.
