Hotels listed and the ones booked are very different. A lot of cost cutting is done at the cost of our invaluable time. Extremely Unhappy. We are made to travel extra and use shitty infra in hotels, despite paying so much and despite being promised better hotels. Don't book through thrillophilia or wanderon or others which directly outsource to wow holidays. Entire chain seems daylight fraud.

Grand Tour of Europe 14N/15D (4th May to 18th May 2024) by World of Wonders Tours Pvt. Ltd.

We were introduced to World of wonders through one of my elder brothers acquaintance who also works in the tourism business. (So just don't go by some ones word but do your own research, you may find better , economical offers which we realized only after paying booking amount) From Day one after paying the booking & Flight charges we had problems with WoW, our tour was booked for the 21st April, but since they botched up getting our VISA in time it had to be postponed to the 4th May & all our further programs had to be readjusted.
With respect to the tour we would like to say our Tour Manager, Flamboyant Avinash Lasrado was fantastic. Always smiling. He has sincerely followed the brief given to him, though it is a daunting task, he kept the spirits of the 45 member motley group with diverse views & opinions intact all through the tour. We give full credit to him for the success of the tour. He briefed us about the history what to do & what not well before we embarked upon the journey to the monuments or events.
At London, the hotel accommodation was so so not up to the mark, the city tour was an eye wash, practically you could hardly understand any thing as you were whisked past the important places in few minutes through the bus. (They should allocate more time, find places to park the bus & people get down & spend few moments) also visit to Madame Tussauds is waste of time & money, people are not interested in seeing wax models as we have such museums a plenty in India.) Instead they could have taken to museums etc (where our stolen Kohinoor is kept.)
Eurostar is a let down, if you calculate the time taken to cover the distance it works out to around 150Kms/hour speed. It is like travelling in Rajdhani or Vande Bharat. (which they boast at 300Kms/hour.)
Rest of the accommodation in other venues was good. Coach travel was comfortable, proper halts were planned for the convenience of the members. All through weather was pleasant excepting at Venice where it rained.
Food barring on few occasions was good, though feels monotonous after few days. However like they had Chicken or Fish dish daily for Non Vegetarians, there was nothing special for vegetarians (Though same Tour charges were collected for both so they should arrange to have something for the vegetarians)
To sum up.
The tour was Ok.
Research well before you finalize a tour operator & not go by some ones word. You may get a better offer.
Be after the tour operator in getting your VISA done well in advance.

Have been using World of Wonders services since a while now. Their deals are really good for my travel business. They execute the entire tour and I only have to focus on sales and grow my business. Their tour guides are extremely professional and very informative. All my customers give good reviews about the tour and they truly have a great memorable experience. The best part is that their fixed departure never gets cancelled or postponed which is really great. Since they are not into B2C all my customer database is also safe.
