I've been using their Wholesale for WooCommerce plugin for a while now, but after a recent update, we got an error, and the website started loading very slowly. Their support team quickly investigated and provided a fix and step-by-step instructions on how to implement it. It was a painless process which is what you want from technical support

The fix will be rolled out with the next plugin update. I have never received such fantastic support for a plugin before.

I'm quite new to website building but the support I got from Rameez when I couldn't get the Smart Addons plugin to work was amazing. His responses were quick and any information he gave or asked for was clearly set out. I might be using the reduced price version of the plugin but that didn't mean I got a second class support.
