Ozgur is truly a gift from God to those experiencing problems with their WordPress hosting and struggling to find reliable help.

I spoke with more than 30 online service companies that claimed to assist with WordPress malware and configuration issues, yet none of them had the expertise that Ozgur demonstrated. None of the WordPress security companies seemed genuinely interested in resolving our problem. Instead, they attempted to require an upfront yearly or six-month fee before performing any work.

We had three WordPress blogs that were infected with malware, and we did not know how to proceed. Our hosting company was unable to resolve the issues, so we hired a technician from a gig website to fix them.
