Un orrore
Un orrore. Non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione su un cambio di prezzo da 60€ a 300€ annuali, dal pannello non si ha la minima idea di quali servizi avrei sottoscritto con questo hub e mi ritrovo un pagamento improvviso di questo tipo. Ai limiti della frode! Incredibile!
PS - A dispetto della risposta che leggete sotto, l'azienda non ha capito la scorrettezza etica commessa e non mi ha contattato per annullare la transazione, pur sapendo, dai dati in suo possesso, che non utilizzo il servizio da tanti mesi e non mi hanno mai inviato alcun reminder del rinnovo. Non ho potuto far altro che disdirlo ora, per evitare UN ALTRO FURTO il prossimo anno.

as others have said, the customer support is very responsive however i have never experienced such an over complicated, over engineered process in upgrading a plugin. Instead of supplying a serial number that unlocks additional features, you have to log into wpmudev's very clunky dashboard that looks like a relic from the Netscape era and somehow activate the software from there. And its not enough if you are a Wordpress admin, you need to be logged in with the matching user account that set up the Forminator plugin initially. WHY?!! Some sites might have 5 admins working on it! In the end i asked for a refund as life is too short.

Best customer service out there
I've been a customer of WPMUDEV for many years now and my TL;DR experience is that they're easily the best hosting company I've ever used. I've moved my webhosting clients between 5 hosts over the course of my business and have experience with many more due to various client situations -- even the best of them don't come close to the quality of customer service that WPMUDEV provides. I now host all my clients with them and although it's not 100% problem-free, it's excellent. Absolutely recommend.

8 years user and still AMAZED
I don't remember how long have I been a user here. But at least 5-6 years.. still they are Just too good! I ask for solutions, wait a bit, grab a coffee, and it IS DONE! THANKS THANKS

I am blown away at the support I receive from this team. SEO and Optimization plugins are complicated and convoluted to configure on the whole but theirs has some lovely one click presets that work AND when you need tweaks there are easy to find and use functions that allow this as well. BUT the most impressive aspect of dealing with this company is the exceptional support, they are just on the ball, responsive, informed and actually know what they are doing.
