Great support and ease of setup
Really impressed with the service and support I have received with wpmudev over the past week. So far they have provided the best experience I have ever had with a web host service. Especially with Meet, who helped me get our painting service website migrated. A++ service all the way.

Reset WordPress installation
Recently, my website, which is about 10 years old, needed to be reset. For some reason, the dashboard wasn't getting the job done -- I think there were a lot of issues with the actual folder because of Malware. Shah was able to reset the website for me after some troubleshooting.

MEET SHAH is the king of awesome sauce…
MEET SHAH is the king of awesome sauce mountain. Not only does he have a name that should be in a hollywood star....he was super helpful. I had an issue that was driving me nuts. It was small but it was one of those things that just makes you crazy. Like a lost comma in a code script script that's three pages long.
He got it fixed in about ten minutes and showed me how to fix next time.
