Michelle is genuinely the best WPMU agent I have ever met
Michelle is genuinely the best WPMU agent I have worked with. I have multiple sites and accounts with WPMU and I have never seen this level of detail and determination to solve every single problem accurately. I have had several issues that were not completely solved by other agents, no matter how much time they put in. Michelle knew exactly what to do and stayed on the line until it got done. Biggest asset to the WPMU team and most comfortable to talk to espeically when the problems seem endless. Great Work!

Fantastic customer care
I had some issues with pictures on my blog posts not showing when the smudge pro plugin was activated. I reached out to the customer care and they helped me right away. My problem was solved in a few minutes. Really happy!

Techs are always great and conistant
Techs are always great. This is the only reason I stay with the company. I have never experienced smart techs who can solve all 24/7. This keeps me as a client and I will never leave unless this changes.
