It's support quality that counts
It's support quality that counts. It's exceptional here. I have just completed a support call with Farhan Ayub concerning an issue I was experiencing with my account. Within minutes Farhan was supporting me with the issue and resolved it with efficiency, courtesy and understanding. The WPMUDEV service is exceptional, but even the best company is only as good as its support quality. For me, that is what makes or breaks a company/product/service.

Alfredo Loyola: Painstaking Competence to the Rescue!
Alfredo Loyola spent 2.5 painstaking hours with me investigating why WPRocket wasn't caching - including helping me set up a staging site for a plugin conflict test.
When we found the offending plugin and got rid of it, we still had a high LCP score, and since that was the reason we were in there, he continued to help me narrow the issue down to lazyloading images above the fold and advised we turn Autoptimize's feature to ignore the first 4 images above the fold.
The site was returned to top performance - Thank you so much, Alfredo! You're the best. (And a hearty thank-you to Alfredo's many WPMU DEV colleagues who worked the problem with me during the past week. VERY much appreciated.
