Ordered a “Know Jesus Know Peace” t-shirt in February and still haven’t received it. So, I emailed them about 3 times and still have not got a response. I forgive them if they just wanted to scam me out of my money, but they’ll be the one giving an account for it on judgement day. Repent or perish. God bless.

100% a SCAM! I ordered a Mother’s Day present on April 19th, got my tracking number April 30th, and it’s said “status unavailable” every day since. Emailed 5 times with only one generic response from “Spenser Jensen” and I replied asking for a refund and an explanation for not even looking into my order and have not gotten anything back. Wrote on their FB wall 2x and they have been deleted, also sent private message through FB also with a “sorry we aren’t available please send us an email”

I am NOT a competitor. Do not order from this site. It’s a scam that takes your money and doesn’t send you your product. They write under every review that it’s a competitor when it is not! Stay away!!!

I too agree with many others who have been scammed by WBF. I can attest that WBF claims to be a "Christian"company who "cares about their customers " and in reality, they don't. I too made a purchase. They charged me and it has been nearly a month that it wasn't delivered with NO EXPLANATION ON WHY AFTER EMAILING THEM NUMEROUS TIMES. Their negative behavior is unprofessional and they even know it! Also, I too don't believe their "reviews" on their website are accurate. Report them and have your transaction disputed. This company has lost its credibility already. My purchase was NOT even back ordered. Why should items be sent out one, two, or three months late?! UNACCEPTABLE. WBF only cares about the money!

I am NOT a competitor! I am stating the truth and WBF knows many of the customers here on trustpilot.com are stating the truth that WBF is a total SCAM with NO INTEGRITY.

Update: WBF still hasn't responded to ANY of my emails. If I could give NO stars on this review, I would.

-Notice ALL The red flags on their website; NO phone number nor physical address to find out where and who they are. Why should they hide? Because they know they are thieves and liars.

-REPORT THEM TO AUTHORITIES. DISPUTE YOUR TRANSACTIONS.

THIS FAKE COMPANY CLAIMING TO BE "CHRISTIAN" WILL COME TO AN END.

The company, Wrapped by Faith is a complete hoax! Absolutely NO integrity. Very disrespectful, unprofessional, and definitely showing no “Christian” fruit. I bet they don’t even understand that Biblical concept. I too like many other costumers had ordered from them almost a month ago and still no item. It’s sad because I purchased it as a birthday gift. Their website says, “1-2 business days to deliver”, it’s almost going on 4 weeks. And their so-called Christian website claims they care about our customers, email them if any problem. I had emailed them more than once and still NO response. They only care about the money and use “Christianity” to cover up their deceitfulness. Buyers beware! Like others have discovered-the items are NOT made in the U.S., it actually comes from China, sent to scammers in Southern California and then shipped out again. This only happens if WBF wants to give you the product. Shame on WBF!

Please do not order from this place. Ordered on March 2, 2020 and have not received items to date. I have reached out on several occasions and received no response. I asked for a refund and received no response or refund. Please save yourself the time. DO NOT ORDER. They claim to be a Christian website but they are a sham.

Dont ever order from this company. Ordered over 3 months ago and no delivery. Items come from China to CA, then to customer.
Boy what a mistake I made.

I ordered a bracelet in January and it is now almost the end of April. Communication is poor and I have been patient and now I've asked for a refund. Do not buy from this company and I suggest buying apparel from someone like artofhomage.

Ordered Valentine gift for wife. Still haven't received. Emailed company- communication is poor. Months after ordering- still not received and no valid explanation. Very disappointing. Don't order from here.

Update- It is now May 8th- still no order and no word. This is supposed to be a good Christian Company?

This response is unbelievable. The company took my order and I paid in advance. I still have not received it. Now they have the nerve to say I am not a customer. Obviously, they have became a scam. I will be in touch.

If I could give zero stars I would been almost two months and still my order hasn’t been fulfilled. I have emailed three times to cancel my order with no response in the last two weeks. This site is absolutely ridiculous DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

Never recieved my order! When I emailed them to ask where it was (multiple times) I never got a response. Feeling like I got scammed. I was looking forward to getting my order but now I just want my money back....

I placed my order on 3-6 along with three other orders from other companies like this. I received all of them except for this one within a week. I have emailed WBF three times requesting updates but still haven’t received a response. My order is paid for but the website shows status as “unfulfilled”. This is very unprofessional and disappointing because I thought I was supporting a Christian organization but based on the reviews and comments or lack of comments people have received back from the company this is not Christian like behavior.
I hate posting negative reviews however the lack of customer service I have received from this company is unacceptable. I really wanted the merchandise but at this point I just want my money back.

5/16 at 11:53 EST Update... I am NOT a competitor. I am a disappointed customer that still has not received her product. Instead of spending your time posting lies to negative reviews just stop scamming people and responding to these comments with lies when you don’t even take the time to respond to the emails I sent you requesting updates in a timely manner. Please give me my money back. If this order is not received by Monday 5/18, I will file a dispute with my bank. Thank you

Placed an order in December JUST received my order, and it is missing 1 of the pieces, the sweatshirt I did receive is not of good quality, i was patient and kind but waiting almost 3 months for an order ONLY to have it be incomplete is unacceptable, I sent email letting them know I want to return the item I received and want a full refund, still waiting to hear from them. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered two items in January and have yet to receive them. No excuse for such a long delay.

My order took awhile to ship, but the communication from Spencer I received was top notch. He was always friendly, offered solutions to make up for the delay. Can't wait to receive my order.

I never received my sweatshirt even after contacting the company directly. Too bad, I wanted the sweatshirt.

I received my first order after some time, LOVED IT! but it didn't fit (and I bought a size up). Reached out to customer service and received a quick response where I should ship the return. I am now heading into week #2 with no response with respect to the status of my return. I would love to be able to wear my merchandise before it is no longer in season.

I ordered two items. One was delivered with no issues, the other was returned to sender due to not having the correct address. I had to reach out to request a replacement. After two months, I'm still waiting on the other product or a refund.

Writing this review on behalf of a order I helped my dad place for my moms birthday. This company false advertises the items are not made in the USA and don’t ship out when advised. It took longer than the advised 24 hours to receive shipping information. NONE OF OUR ITEMS WERE BACKORDERED. We ordered 12/29 and by 1/6 there still was no shipping information. We wrote them asking to have the ordered cancelled, waited the 24 hours for a response back and when it was not received we called our bank to dispute charges. Well that got their attention and they reached out saying the shipping had taken place, and it’s a shame we were trying to get the merchandise and our money back. We checked shipping and the items were coming from China and being sent to a lady in California, and from California it would be sent to us. When we brought this to their attention they stopped communicating with us. On 2/3 the final item finally arrived. Will not buy through this company again it’s using a Christian based name to scam people. I don’t think a lot of the reviews are accurate on their website either.

I still have not received the tee shirt that I ordered December 17th. I reached out to the company early January and was told they would look into it. It is Feb. 1st and still nothing.
