The product was nice and I enjoy wearing my ring (G>^v). I was just upset at the response time and delivery of the product after a month I had to reach out to the company Ian’s ask what was the status on my order. They then got back to me with about a week letting me know that my order would be on way.

Love my superhero’s shirt and my lava cross bracelet, everything showed up in a reasonable time and looks exactly how it looks online! I wear my bracelet almost everyday:)

Super cool tee with a even cooler meaning! I remember seeing this at a CYI event at went to awhile back and stumbled across this the other day so decided to purchase it and I’m so happy with my purchase, also happy I ordered a size bigger as it fits perfect this way!

The quality is terrible. Nothing like that picture and it took almost 6-8 weeks to get here.

I place a order for my wife for our anniversary and I gave it to her and she asked where I got it so she decided to get on Wrapped By Faith herself to check out the site for herself and decided she wanted to different color, so I reached out and Spencer was super helpful and helped me get it returned and exchanged it out for a different color and also decided to get a size bigger and they didn’t charge anything extra and made everything super helpful, easy, and fast! Very happy with the customer service, hard to find good customer service anymore from small businesses! These guys are awesome!

I ordered a sweatshirt on 9/20, still have not received it. I emailed to check on it, and they stated it was sent the day I emailed. I received another email to say it was delivered, which is was not. I had to email again. Come to find out mistake on their end it wasn't delivered. So as of 10/8/19 I'm still waiting on one sweatshirt! Very disappointing.

I have not yet received my clothes yet but I am so excited! Their customer service is amazing, I really have not had a better customer service experience! I simply reached out with a issue I was having placing a order and immediately they responded and helped out.

Awesome customer service, had a small issue with my order so sent them a email and within 20 mins had a response and had everything fixed that day and received my missing product in less then a week! Also love the message of their company, it’s always nice ordering from small faith based businesses like this one, you generally get better service that way.

Heard of this site thru FB. They have some nice-looking things--but you have to read the back pages to find out the SHIPPING time is AT LEAST a month. My items were ordered Aug 12 and arrived Oct. 1. They say only "international" orders take this long--but apparently a LOT of what they distribute is "international", namely Chinese, as the label on the package it came in was entirely in Chinese characters except for my name and address. When I contacted them about why my order hadn't arrived and why I'd received no notifications about it, I was referred to their shipping page (3rd item on 3rd page, I think, on their website) and told I needed to track my own order---whereas in their welcome email they'd said THEY would notify me when the order was being shipped. I'm a little worried about the quality of these Chinese-made t-shirts--they seem, kind of thin material and I wonder if they've been pre-washed to be shrink-fast or if they'll shrink down two sizes first time I wash them. There are NO written care instructions--only tiny pictures on the label. The only one I can make out is a square with the number "40" in it--which I assume means water no warmer than 40 degrees, iow cold water, But I can't tell for certain if they're meant to be HAND-washed or machine-washed, and I cannot tell from the pictures (a second box with an X thru it) if that means they cannot be put in a dryer or not. I read the owner's background story, and I admire his effort to become an entrepreneur (especially despite having ADD) but his vagueness about his faith ("spreading the word"--lower case--and Jesus Christ is never mentioned in his testimony) and the vagueness of what "causes" they "give back" to, plus the length of ordering time and the dependence (apparently) on cheaply-made Chinese goods (a country that persecutes and kills Christians and Christian pastors) --well, I probably won't order from them again.

Ordered 3 different items that all arrived within the timeframe given. The hoodie we would babe ordered one size larger but it was our mistake, we didn’t see this in the description of the hoodie. Overall super happy with everything and very pleased with the customer service from Spencer, he was super helpful.

Took way longer to ship then they said it would and I ordered an extra large and it came in the size of like a medium was not pleased at all

This is the second time that I have ordered this sweatshirt. The size (in the chest and shoulder area) is NOT accurate. It runs VERY SMALL. I am saddened as I now have two of these and cannot wear either of them. I also have not ability to return them so I am just stuck with them.

Order AT LEAST two times bigger than you wear and you better have small shoulders and be very small chested or don't order at all.

I would like to add to this review. I received a NASTY email from the company (and rather threatening) stating that "if I changed my review that would refund my money". I was appalled and could not believe that a company would behave that way. This is all over a $29 sweatshirt. So, they have requested/demanded that I "change" this review (and I will be happy to do so) or they will not refund me that money.
My review now would be BELOW a one star. I would never do business with a company who uses threats and disrespect to their customers.
I toyed with copying their email on this review but I chose to not be as petty.
I would NEVER order from this company again and that is my judgement.



Too bad as I loved the design, the style and the message.

Sizes run small! I ordered a size up, wish I would have ordered 2 sizes up.
Wrapped By Faith has seen my review and has reached out with a pre-paid return label. They have offered to give me a refund or exchange for no cost to me. Great customer service! Cute products, just make sure you order up!

I ordered my hoodie in August and recieved it last week. I am really pleased with the fabric, color and fit. I wasn't sure what size to order but took a chance on a large and I'm glad I did! I wanted it to be a bit oversized and am well pleased. I was pleasantly surprised by the thumb holes on the sleeves and the side pockets! The sleeves are a bit long but I wouldn't want a smaller size because I like the way it fits. Another huge plus was Customer Service. Spencer was uh-may-zing!!! He responded to my queries regarding the status of my order. I informed him about the sleeves and he offered a return and reorder in a different size. He said their goal is to make sure their customers are happy! I declined his generous offer for the reasons I stated previously. I wore the hoodie to a church meeting tonight and received many compliments. I will be blessing someone from our worship team who begged me for mine with one!
