Can't log in simultaneously on a cellphone, laptop, or PC. Device restrictions are too complicated. Absolute garbage.

Sorry about the frustration here, I understand how that would be annoying.

We do allow up to 3 devices logged in at the same time, and you can view and manage active sessions in the My Account tab.

In some cases, accounts may be limited to one session if our system flags potential account sharing.

Best AI humanizer out there!

I have tried several tools, but WriteHuman is by far the best. It rewrites AI text smoothly, keeps the original meaning perfectly, and easily bypasses AI detectors like Turnitin and Originality. The interface is clean and very easy to use. Highly recommend it!

Disappointing Experience – Service Stopped Working and No Response

At the beginning, the website was good. However, about three months ago it started to become very bad. Every time we try to convert a text into a human-like version, the result shows 0, and we are told we can try again for free. In reality, the attempts are not free and they still count them. Despite this, the result remains 0, meaning the text is not made human-like and no changes are made at all.

I contacted them the first time, and they responded and reset the number of usage attempts, but the problem is still there. The text does not become human-like and no modification happens to my text.

I contacted them again, but their only reply was: “We do not issue refunds.” They completely ignored the rest of my questions and did not try to solve the problem. I told them that if they cannot compensate by refunding, then at least they should do the work they are getting paid for and let their IT team fix the issue. It has been more than a month since I contacted them last time about this problem, and nothing has been fixed.

They never replied again, and the issue has still not been solved. The website simply does not work. I advise everyone not to waste their money on it, because your text will not be modified, and they will not respond to your complaints.
