Failed with F3!!!

In a very difficult moment of my life, I thought I can rely on them for an excellent job! After we Bargained for a price (huge) and promising me to do a great job, for the first time in my schooling time I got failed because the work they did for me was nonsense. They promised to amend but they still came back with a bad job! At end, they told me to pay again! I refused because I told them they did not do a good job right from the beginning. Now, they said they cannot do anything again after their team promised me that they will amend the assignment! At last minutes of my resubmission, they have refused to amend the assignment If I do not pay them an extra again.
I have all the proof of all what I am saying!!! They are not fair and they do not do a good job! Save your money and do it by your selves! I got F after entrusting them with my assignment!
