I saw their ad on FB and contacted them just to see what they had to say. The first communication from them was addressed with the wrong name. I hired them on 1 September for specific services and it is now 30 September, and nothing. The promised date was a week ago. They don't seem too worried about it, and the last email said they wanted to call to talk about what other services they could perform for me.
It is now, as of this writing, 5 November and the service is yet to be fulfilled. More excuses from Alex wilson, who says he is a manager there, are forth coming.
I would suggest you find another company. I'm about to ask for a refund, but, based on my experience with them so far, I doubt that will happen.
In an update, the service I contracted for never was completed. It is now December 8th and Alex Wilson tells me, in essence, I paid my money and took my chances. I asked for a refund and was told no, despite not receiving all of what I contracted for. I thought when a business deal was struck and paid for, that meant it had to be fulfilled, but Alex doesn't feel that way.
He seems very comfortable not fulfilling his contract, nor refunding me for the portion that was not fulfilled. Is that fraud? You be the judge. Don't say you weren't warned.

I saw their ad on facebook and I went on to tell them that Amazon will ban your book if you get fake reviews. They proceeded to tell me that they purchase your book so that way you get a verified purchase review, and it doesn't violate Amazon's terms of service. Then, they told me that 25 reviews would be a $1000 down from their $45 each review. Then, they immediately asked if I wanted to move forward. In turn, I told them that the only thing I had published was a hardcover copy, and my cost was $39.99 and ask them if they still wanted to move forward. Without any questions at all, they said yes. Obviously this is a scam and the only legit reviews, I'm sure, are the ones with one star. I told them I was going to report them and they threatened me to contact their attorneys. Scam alert! Scam alert! Facebook really needs to scrutinize companies better. Don't get caught using them, cuz, if they even are legit, Amazon will ban your book if you get caught. You can't pay for reviews.

From concept to Kindle, they were with me at every step. I had no clue where to start, but the team explained clearly me in the loop. My book is now live on Amazon - and I couldn't have done it without them!

The overall service was great, and the them was easy to communicate with. Only reason for 4 stars is that the publishing process took slightly longer than I expected. But the final results? Totally worth it.

Great experience overall! The editors were thorough and kind. Definitely recommend them for any aspiring author.

This is just a money grab. They will screw up your work and don't very sloppy editing. Not only that you will be pushed for more money daily. Fi e a real publisher.
