This company has terrible customer service. I was sent emails on 2 different occasions on 10/8 & 10/15 stating my dress shipped, I paid extra for fast shipping. I sent several emails stating that I needee the dress by 10/23 and if they couldn't accommodate I would need to cancel (that's why they lied about shipping date). I have confirmation that it actually shipped on 10/20. Now the company will not refund 100% including extra for fast shipping they charged me.
Do not buy anything from this company.

The dress i received is excellent. I love it so much. I will give 5 stars if the shipping was faster. But the dress is beautiful.

I ordered a ball gown which came in late. The quality of the fabric was terrible. It looked and felt like a cheap costume. I received my order yesterday but I am returning and asked for a refund hopefully I hear back from them soon.

I ordered the black dress for homecoming. Excellent! The fabric is great, so does the price. It's way more than I expected, so flattering!

The dress is so adorable. I ordered.a.wedding guest dress from wsdear. It is super comfortable and fits well. It is very appropriate to wear to attend a wedding. I love it so much I'm going to get more clothes from them.

A great product for the price. The dress is true to size, I was recommended XL, it fits me quite well. The material is a little thick, but it is not a big problem. Looks really flattering!

The dress was bought for my daughter's sweet 16. It fits great and looks great on my daughter. beautiful color and design. Very happy with my purchase!

I ordered a dress in the beginning of May, it was expected to arrive by the end of may or at least very early June. It took until the middle of July to get to me. I asked them multiple times for an update and they couldn’t provide it. I told them I no longer wanted or needed the product since it was now 2 months overdue. Their only solution was to refuse the package but that if I wasn’t home to refuse it, I could just return it. Now I’m in a back and forth email battle with them trying to get them to give me instructions on how to return it. They keep offering me a partial refund and telling me to keep the product and I have told them at least three times that I do NOT want the product and want my money back. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, the customer service department is ridiculous and completely unhelpful, and now they’re not allowing me to get my money back for something I ordered MONTHS ago that only just now arrived. Furious doesn’t even begin to cover it.

wow,very nice dress was received. so satisfied. It is the same as i expected.

Ordered two dresses for an event. Shipping was supposed to be between 6-11 business days so I ordered a month in advance.
Items still have not shipped! When I contact customer service for a refund they stated because it has shipped they can’t do anything. What shipped and to whom, because all I see on tracking info is the label had been created, for over 30 days at this point.

Very good customer service super attentive and respectful, me and a family member had ordered 5 dresses for an occasion and WS Dear was a Super helpful team I even got advice on the size and the dresses came out beautiful. We had no trouble with shipping whatsoever as well.

Their homecoming dress looks very attractive. ordered one for my daughter. We feel very happy when we got the dress. It looks good and no color difference. I will compliment the back lace-up design. It is very useful.

Received my dress in good condition. To be honest, the dress itself is very nice, no complaint. If the shipping have been faster would be awesome.

if there was a way to give no stars I would, it has taken 3 months to get a dress, the customer support is unresponsive 1/2 the time. they could care less if your package arrives but charges you. they won't let you return and do not tell you that the package will take 3 months or more. I still have no received my order. whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS WEBSITE.

Paid the extra money to have it in 3 to 5 days but took way longer to actually get it processed. Once it shipped out came very fast but I did receive my dress and it is very nice .. I ordered a size up and it fit perfect. In all it took 17 days to be received

Paid extra to receive my dress faster. 3days late than what they told me. But the dress is very good. So, i gave them 4stars.

I was ordered item more than 2 months ago. I didn’t receive it. So sad. No money back.

poorly made, cheap quality items shipped from China. If you want a refund, don't bother asking they will tell you it will take longer to return/cost more than keeping your item. They offered me 25% of the cost back and to just keep the item. We went back and forth and no resolution. BEWARE
