Spotted some boots at a substantially cheaper price than anywhere else but couldn't decide between size 44 or 45 due to conflicting information from various size guides. No problem, a quick email resulted in a telephone call from John Slack to discuss my needs, order placed and a prompt email from them to say order processed and on its way, next day delivery, perfect fit, happy customer 👍🏻 well done John.

Cannot understand how the rating for this company is low. They have a great website, that's modern, clear and easy to use. They had the best price I could find online. They stock only the best quality items. Most of all, after I had a small issue with paying online, they were lightning fast in responding, were incredibly kind, helpful, thoughtful and informative. My order arrived in only a couple of days, well-packed (including a free gift). An absolute pleasure and I can't recommend them highly enough. Fantastic, many thanks!
