Ordered notebook for colleague’s special birthday using Priority Shipping which did not hurry item along any faster and missed birthday celebration.
Has eventually arrived and product is more flimsy than what was expected.

Awful company - avoid at all costs and use a premium printer instead.

I had a terrible experience with this company and have given them an opportunity to resolve the matter for me but they have refused and I remain £2.82 out of pocket.

The quality of their product is extremely poor. The spiral bound notebooks are flimsy and of poor quality. They also supplied an incorrect colour. I ordered an orange notebook and the product they supplied was red. I was willing to accept the incorrect product if they refunded me the £2.82 I am out of pocket due to their inability to deliver the priority delivery service that I paid for.

Mistakes and delays happen and I always give the company chance to make things right before leaving a negative review. In this case W T F Notebooks had ample opportunity to resolve this and were either incapable or unwilling to doing so.

If you're thinking of using this poor company then think again - their products are poor quality, their production process is flawed and their after sales customer service is dire.

In the end I have raised a dispute with my credit card company and received an immediate refund via that route instead. I'd encourage anyone else who is unsatisfied with this company to do the same.

I ordered six of these, and honestly I'm really disappointed. I mean they're fine and everything, and I accept responsibility for not checking the dimensions, but I assumed that for the price, these would be substantial notebooks and A4 in size. They're actually much smaller (A5?) and quite thin and the cover on the spiral bound version seems very flimsy. Maybe the hardcover versions are better value. It would possibly be helpful if the size was made clearer to avoid confusion.

I can't comment on the product as it hasn't yet arrived, almost 2 weeks since ordering. My order was only listed as dispatched after I chased them up, 2 days after their stated dispatch time for said items. Despite no strikes with royal mail last week it's now been an entire week since dispatch with still no product, despite other orders arriving that have been posted after this one.

I've requested my order to be replaced, and even offered to pay extra for expidited shipping, but their best offer is that they'll send a replacement, but after another week of waiting; no rush order considering I've been waiting so long and also being aware that I need to re-post these as gifts. Plus if their last dispatch time is anything to go by, I've no idea when they'll actually get here, if at all.

My last email to them has been ignored so I'm assuming they've now washed their hands of the problem.

Would not recommend, and I will definitely not be using this company again.

UPDATE: (my last reply to this company sent via email. I have outlined my issues, so customers can take from this interaction what they will)

Thankyou for reaching out, although unnecessary. I've also just received another email from yourselves, which really adds insult to injury, considering my last email to you was stating that your original offer wouldn't work, and that was left ignored. Yet now there is no further issue for some reason you feel the need to keep contacting me.

Let me just point out, I was aware you had posted them, but it was 2 days after the latest dispatch time you state for that item, and only after I got in contact to ask about dispatch. Coincidence? I can't say, but I believe they were dispatched at that time.

I am aware that the issue is with royal mail, but the contract is between you and them, and if your items aren't delivered on time then only you can contact them, as they will not discuss it with the recipient.

Now my main issue was with the fact that when I replied Thursday night informing you that your solution would not work (as the Royal mail website had updated with the latest strike dates), I was promptly ignored with the intention of you following through with the "agreement" we hadn't made to wait until close of business Saturday. Now considering the order was originally dispatched later than advertised, it potentially would have been even later than you offered. Some feedback I would give is to offer full tracking for ALL your shipments, with a shorter delivery time, even if you add a charge for the service.

The order DID arrive Saturday, after I had left my review, but my review is accurate, and not to do with the product itself, which is fantastic BTW, and will be added to the review. I am 100% happy with the items. They are hilarious, in pristine condition, and came well packaged. There is nothing at all wrong with them that I could fault.

Now my final point... The refund. I do not know why you have refunded me. I have at no point asked for (or hinted at) a full, nor even a partial refund. I am happy to pay for products that I receive (even late). It was totally unnecessary and if you haven't yet processed it, then don't, as the items are perfect. You needn't just hand out refunds for a problem with your carrier, and if you do, you ought to attempt to recoup all, or part of it from them for breaking contract. As you pointed out, you are a small business, so shouldn't be out of pocket for your great products.

As a small addition, it would maybe be easier for customers if you contacted them within "normal" business hours, rather than in the middle of the night.

Thankyou for the product, and for reaching out to me, although once the product was delivered it was no longer necessary. Continue to make fantastic items, I wish you all the very best, and don't hand out refunds at the first hurdle.

Love these notebooks! Great for gifts for anyone with a sense of humour!

I bought 5 of the notebooks for my children and their spouses as stocking fillers. There is such a fantastic choice of amusing titles I know my family will love them.

Love how these notebooks are so on point and relatable.
I can always find the perfect title for the person I’m looking for.

EDIT: I know you're trying to remove this review, it's a shame you didn't put as much effort into your customer care efforts in the first place. Why does a review make you take rapid action? I have provided a reference number. I am still unhappy with the experience and quality of my purchase (£12 for a very thin little book). If you had just behaved a bit more human and explained things are busy, offered to refund (instead of hold onto the money). I'd have been less annoyed. You need to fix the small print on your website regarding manufacturing and shipping - it's incredibly misleading. I can easily go to a large print shop to order this but wanted to support a lesser known business. Have lived to regret it and now stuck with a gift I won't be able to give as the timeline has passed.
