Realice una compra en el 2 de julio y me dijeron q el pedido llegaba en 15 días. Hasta la fecha no se han comunicado conmigo y no tengo como entrar a mi cuenta en la página para saber el estado de mi pedido, y me comunico y no me contestan. Muy mala atención. Necesito una respuesta.

I got my item but shipping took 2 weeks customer service non responsive until threatened. I would be ok if it was in transit for the weeks but the handling time took over 1 week and no communication which caused me to order item twice from a different vendor. I do not think they deserve 4 stars but i can't give them 3 stars they might deserve 3 1/2 stars. they are not a scam but customer service needs to be better.

It took just over three months to have my order completely fulfilled, which was extremely frustrating. However, that was ultimately the fault of Supermicro as that's where the parts were backordered and drop-shipped from. Wulus's customer service answered all my questions and kept me informed along the way.

I still haven’t received my item and paid for two day shipping it has been more than a week later and then when I called in I was given the run around and told I can only get a partial refund on my shipping costs, absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional.

I found the exact product I was looking for. The only thing was that emails from them were filtered as junk mail by Google.

Looking at the reviews it looks good but I can not get any answer on the phone and leave messages and never get a response not sure what the problem is

Couple of months ago I required to refresh my personal computer as it lagged a lot and I had no opportunity to play simple games. I decided to increase the amount of RAM and bought on this website a new 8 Gb RAM then inserted it into my computer. The main issues was to determine which kind of RAM I required, I mean the frequency. The managers helped me to sort out this issue and thus I am quite grateful to them for proposing me such an opportunity to communicate with professional in their business.

I really had my doubts of this being legitimate at first and even let the customer service know about it. One of the staff actually called my phone and assured me that I was not making a mistake and that I was in safe hands. My GPU came quickly and works like a charm.
