Brilliant Dental Practice
Had 2 dental implants put in by Jon, Emma & Jamie were also present they made me feel at ease, Jon did a wonderful job was very happy he could do this for me as had trouble with lack of teeth for many years, I was very nervous. All the staff are are so caring and friendly special mention to Catherine who couple weeks before I was having bad day due to recently losing my husband she was very kind and helpful. Thankyou to all the staff especially to Jon, Emma, Jamie. Would recommend this dental practice to everyone who has problems and are nervous.

Goodbye Dentophobia
I called requesting an emergency appointment as the discomfort had become too unbearable. I had been putting getting my tooth extracted for several months due to my dentophobia. However, from the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel completely at ease. The worry about feeling all the discomfort plus what could go wrong was immediately erased. No pain was felt at all and I couldn't believe I had waited for so long and put up with the discomfort. Would highly recommend. I went as a private emergency appointment and it was money well spent and a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. Value for money in a relaxed environment. Not many dentists can provide that.

Brilliant practice
Brilliant practice! Brilliant experience - all staff so welcoming and friendly. Can’t fault the practice at all! Dentist Jo is so calm and puts you at ease straight away. Emma and Laura were so lovely, kind and knowledgeable. From my first consultation I was completely put at ease and my invisalign journey was so straight forward thanks to all of the wonderful staff. (Bonus is being able to watch episodes of friends during your appointment 🤩🤣)

The wedding smile
Growing up in the 1960’s I endured experiences at my local dentist that left me with a dread for most of my adult life. By the time I entered my 60’s due to neglect my teeth where in somewhat of a mess, so much so that I refused to smile in public or in private.
My daughter was about to be married and I became very self conscious with regards to giving my father of the bride speech.
I decided to overcome my fear and on recommendation I made an appointment at Wallasey Village Dental Practice. My wife informed them of my dread before I arrived.
From the moment I walked in I was put at ease by the lovely reception staff. On entering Tom’s treatment room I was reassured and he explained clearly the procedure I would undertake over the coming weeks. Throughout my treatment I was put at ease so much so that I gradually lost my fear.
I cannot thank Tom and the whole staff for the first class treatment and most importantly ensuring I had a brilliant smile for my daughter’s wedding.

Absolutely fantastic experience
Absolutely fantastic experience, from Toni booking me in to seeing Lawrence the dentist and Hannah his assistant they were absolutely fantastic! Made me feel at ease, explained my journey going forward and answered all of my questions! I would give you guys a 10 if I could !
