01Argentina Travel Agency レビュー

Very pleasant & helpful email correspondence, on enquiry regarding
Iguazu Falls excursion from Buenos Aires.
Flights & accommodation booked.
Actual tours & hotel great.
Small hiccup on arrival re: additional optional tour ( with on the ground associate), no response from them for quite a few days, I contacted ‘Pablo’ from 01 Argentina T.A …..
He kept me informed & went above & beyond to ensure a refund received.
Highly recommended.

Did the 3 day visit to Iguazu Falls from B Aires which we booked a year in advance. A great trip, would throughly recommend this company based on our experience. Thought it was really good value for money and the Transfers, Guides, Hotel and location were all excellent. Thanks to Pablo and the team for some amazing memories and for their efficient and friendly service.

I had booked Iguazu tour with Pablo months in advanced not knowing what to expect. My experience was worthwhile. With the exception of no show driver at Iguazu airport, everything else was amazing and organized (Pablo said there was a miscommunication). Pablo arranged everything from airline tickets to hotel accommodation, land transfer, to tour tickets, everything went smooth. I really appreciate our tour guide on the Brazil side for exceptional tour and staying with us throughout. Only suggestion is remind Pablo of your tour 1 week prior so that everything is reviewed. Would definitely book with Pablo again.

Muy recomendable. La atención excelente. El Tour a las Cataratas fue tal cual lo planeado.

Very helpful local travel agency. They helped to re organized my trip to Argentina due to the covid without problems. Now I am looking forward to travel next year. It is third time our family use their services and we always enjoyed our vacations in South America with their tour packages.

Excellent organization for tours in Uruguay. The Private English speaking tours guides in Montevideo and Punta del Este gave us permanent assistance and we felt very secure during our trips. Thanks much 01argentina staff for taking care of us.

I had an excellent experience with this travel agency. I was able to vist 3 main tourist destinations in Uruguay ( Colonia Montevideo and Punta del Este with great attention in hotel buses and tour guides.

Great customer attention. They helped to re organize my trip to Argentina for 2021 and they were very patient and polite with all my questions and requests.

We used this agency an we received very good tourist services in our hotels, tours and airport transfers in Argentina. We feel we received value for money and we recommend this travel agency to other passengers visiting this region of South Amerca

Hi 01Argentina staff

Just a short note to thank you for all your arrangements to help us to get back our home safe in the middle of the pandemic of Covid 19 - everything went perfectly and your tour guides were tremendous with all the information they provided us to reschedule our flight to get home before the massive cancellation of flights from Buenos Aires!!!

In regard to the Trip we took with your agency I would like to tell other passengers that the Falls were absolutely stunning and we got our boat trip under the falls and also got to see Devil's Throat - all safe and sound and back home now and planning next holiday already!!!

Regards and thank you

Sabrina

This local travel agency helped me a lot with my local tour in Uruguay. I visited Punta del Este and Montevideo with a private local tour guide and the service was excellent.

We visited Ushuaia in Patagonia Argentina right in March 2020 and we got stuck due to the pandemia of covid 19.

This travel agency helped us a lot to get our home by putting us in a special flight of Aerolineas Argentinas

Special thanks to Pablo our travel agent who worked a lot making all the arrangement. He went beyond the call of duty working extra hours for me and my wife

Juan and Ari

This Travel Agency helped a lot to reschedule my trips in Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls and Patagonia which was supposed to be in July 2020
Now I look forward to travel with them in December 2020. Thanks for making this easy!!

The service couldn't have been better: five trips to/from airports and five short tours (Buenos Aires and Iguazu Falls)--all expertly tailored to our specific needs and faithfully executed. If you want a personal, trustworthy travel agent for Argentine touring, 01 Argentina would be an excellent choice.

We went on a pre cruise tour to Iguazu Falls. Everything was on time and as promised. The hotel was comfortable and convenient and the guides at the falls were excellent. I would strongly recommend it.

01Argentina helped us in preparing a great trip within Argentina during our visit from Norway. They kept us up to date on flight changes and provided good support and guiding with Caracol Turismo in Iguazu. We are happy with 01Argentina and with using local companies for this trip in Argentina.

We, a group of 10, had a wonderful time in Argentina. Pablo was wonderful. He organized the whole trip for us, from picking us up at the Buenos Aires airport on day 1 to the last day. The hotel in BsAs is centrally located. There was an issue at the hotel, but Pablo quickly solved it. He organized our time wisely. Our first day was half a day so he arranged a Tango show. The tour operator in Iguazu was excellent and the hotel was also close to downtown. Pablo paid attention to detail. My flight was changed and I forgot to inform him. On my last day, he noticed my flight number did not exist and got worried. Thank you Pablo for the great experience.

Excellent from the beginning to the end my Agent Pablo Polito was very professional his service was exceptional , the tours that he recommended be on expectations . I will use this company again for sure

I booked a tour from England to visit Iquazu Falls in Argentina while I was there on business. Pablo arranged flights, hotel and a 3-day itinerary which went without a hitch. He kept me up to date with any changes to flights and promptly answered any questions I had. Cannot fault the Agency and highly recommend them.
