123 had an appropriate card for my friend that was delivered in a timely manner

I like the number of suggested e-cards to choose from, they work well, and they are sent when they are supposed to in a timely manner.

However, I would choose a 3.5 rating, if I could, because of two issues I can't seem to get fixed. I suggest that the programmers consider making some changes that would solve my two issues below.

1) For some reason that neither someone at 123Greetings, nor I have figured out, there are too many recipients that suddenly have a DNS (Do Not Send) attached to their email address so it refused my e-card. The recipient didn't request it, and neither did I. By the time I write them to reinstate the person, the birthday, anniversary or memorial e-card is no longer timely. Very annoying.

2) Another issue is that when I am signed in, I type in my name as the sender, but if click on Edit & Send the card, and click to do an edit, when it takes me back to the card to edit, it has gone back to an older name version I used when I first used the site, probably 20 years ago and don't use anymore. Anytime I start a new e-card, the sender's name (me) won't hold from the last time I used it and there isn't a check box that says, "Save my Sender Name." The platform needs to hold the last name as sender. Another option: I've seen drop lists on sites so the user can choose which name they want to use from the past if the sender wants to use a different name than the last time on the site.

Otherwise, I like the cards because there are many to choose from in different categories, they are clean, thoughtful, and have good graphics.

For seniors it has changed and is more difficult to use. Sending to clipboard when all I'd like to do is select, personalize and send. Keep it simple and easy.

Always delivered on time

I get all my cards here for all occasions since most of my family lives in my home country, but I do not, so snail mail is not an option. The cards are always beautiful and the selection is immense. I highly recommend 123Greetings!

This is only one of two free eCard sites that I use, and by far, my favorite. There is such a variety of cards, and some categories I have not heard of. It is fun going through them.

The e cards are great fun, everybody that has received one has been more than happy!

I enjoy the precious cards and sending them to friends and family. One way of keeping in touch that's less intrusive. The system works well and I can post-date the cards to be delivered the celebration day and I don't have to remember or do it at the last minute. I can always find a special card on 123 Greetings.com.
