I have used 17Hats for about ten years. When I first started using it, the website was pretty rough and the features were pretty limited. It has definitely gotten better, but there are still some parts of the website that likely haven't been updated in many, many years. The most frustrating of these is their editor for contracts and questionnaires. We create around 100 contracts per year. We also often update our questionnaires a few times per year. This should be a simple process, but because of 17Hats' editor is ancient, the process is far from simple. There are constant issues where I will tell it to select one sentence, but it will think I am trying to select a different one. The only solution to fix it is to close and reopen it. The undo feature barely works. I will try to go back 1-2 commands, and instead it will remove the previous 10. It often formats text in very awkward ways. Also, when I try to edit a questionnaire, the window is barely large enough to see more than 4 lines of text and there is no way to expand it. I have contacted their support over and over asking them to fix these issues, and they often will say "well, there's nothing we can really do" or "I heard the developers were working on it". It's been years since I started reporting these issues, and as far as I can tell nothing has been updated.

17Hats has many other weird, quirky features that make little sense to me, but when I contact their support they just tell me they get 2700 feature requests per year so they probably won't be able to address the issue. I have only seen minor changes made over the past five years, and none of them have addressed the issues I've brought up with them.

I am basically locked in because all of our data is stored in their system, and it would not be worth it to try to save everything. I basically just gave up on hoping that the editor will be fixed because it's clear they just don't care.

This CRM solved so many issues for our Photography and video business. from creating workflows to to our clients journey, organizing finances, keeping our tasks organized, online scheduling appointments and shoots and making it all accessible from our phone or any device has made our processes of sales, booking and fulfillment so much easier. My clients and I love it in every way

17hats allows me to have all my business administrative tasks and all records and documents related to each client in one place. The best part is that most of the tasks are automated, eliminating the need to hire an assistant for those tasks.

The same way as you would train your assistant for the job you would spend some time to set up your systems the way you want them to work for you. There are many resources available to learn how to do it, including the live trainings where you can workshop your setup with a very knowledgeable team member, and the new Marketplace makes it even easier - you can download the set up you want and save time on setting things up yourself.

Integration with my calendars and Zoom makes setting up meetings a breath - I don't have to double check for time conflicts or go back and forth with the Zoom links. It all happens automatically.

Running my business from 17hats daily frees my time to have life and run my business, I don't have to choose one over the other.

The customer support is spectacular. All my questions answered and issues resolved in a timely manner and in a supportive and respectful way.

I love that I can run my business in one central location. I can easily manage all my clients, projects, and calendars. Creating and sending quotes, contracts, and invoices is a breeze. One of the best features is workflows. This allows me to automate my processes and enhance my client experience. I also love using the 17hats app on my phone. I can easily check on a client or send a document on the go in minutes. I also love that I can connect my bank accounts and do all my bookkeeping within 17hats. The reports they have are so helpful! At the end of the year, I can simply download my reports and give them to my CPA. 17hats makes running business a breeze!

I am a total nerd when it comes to 17hats. I love all the things it can do and all the ways it makes my life so much easier. I rave about it and encourage other business owners to use it any chance I get. I use it daily and it is the foundation upon which I have built two successful businesses. I have tried other CRM softwares and 17hats is definitely my favorite. I love the interface and how easy it is to use. They also have an incredible support team that I have utilized many times over the years. I cannot imagine using another software. I will be a 17hats user for life.

17hats is a must have for solopreneurs!! It makes organizing contacts easy, replaced my former scheduler (Calendly), automates invoices and emails and SO MUCH MORE! Definitely recommend for anyone managing their own business.

I've been using 17hats since 2019 and no other crm system is as amazing. I tried using Honeybook once and was super disappointed in the functions compared to 17hats. I need my crm to do all the things and to do them well! What I love about 17hats is that aside from it working really well and saving me countless hours, the company actually cares about the business owners who use their software.
