Forever customer

Really fast, professional service as expected. That was very good. Excited my contacts came so fast! Then I open them to find they sent me the contacts for my left eye, that I never wear rather than the right I which I had ordered. I immediately called them. Seems that when my optometrist's office was contacted, they switched the prescription verbally. Long story short, I made that phone call after 6:00 p.m. They fixed the order and resent the correct contacts and I had them the very next day! EXCELLENT SERVICE! GREAT PRICE! Will definitely keep using them!!

VERY happy with the prices.

I was floored that the prices on 1-800-contacts for the exact same boxes were like $70-90 cheaper than my eye doctor's office- both using the same insurance benefits. That does include a 10% discount and maybe a $20 off new customer coupon, but still that's less than the doc. I've been ordering through the doc my whole life bc of the convenience, but I've been converted! After this experience, my doc office pricing seems really sketchy how they offered me "their best discount" (seems like they always have one available) and couldn't print off a quote for me. -Real human and real Customer :)

Highly recommend!

I placed my contact order before I was ready (got a new prescription the next day), and I was able to cancel my order so easily and then re-order the next day with the new prescription — while keeping all my discounts! The contacts also shipped very quickly. Highly recommend!
