I emailed Kershaws with an enquiry,which they promptly responded to. Door was ordered and confirmation was made by them and delivery date was agreed . on day of delivery , the driver telephoned that he was about 20 minutes away, and door was delivered on time.

Very happy at every point of my deal. Exactly what I needed to compliment my requirements and good deal for what I got.

I had seen the Grand Set French doors on the Kershaws web site which included an oak set of doors and frame. Since I was going to paint the doors and frame I didn't need the frame to be oak. Hardwood would be fine. I saw a separate product on the site for a hardwood frame so phoned Kershaws to see what my options were. Richard was very helpful and said that I could have the hardwood frame instead of the oak one, which saved me quite a bit on the cost of the set. I placed the order and received delivery of the door set a week later. The only down side was that the courier turned up without notice at 7.30 in the morning!! The doors are 10-light Georgian style with individual low-e double glazed panes which are of excellent quality and look far better than the single pane ones with sticking astragal bars.

I would recommend kershaw doors to my friends and family as there customer service is brilliant and friendly and give you good advice about their products and services.

Helpful from the start, I had a query which was rapidly answered, ordering was easy on their simple to use and effective website, accurate delivery of super doors to times specified ensued by drivers courteous and helpful - what else could a client wish for?

The service was first class .

Having paid a delivery charge equating to about 25% of my total order, the delivery company were totally disinterested in delivering to our convenience. If you work full time don't order from this company unless they sort the delivery out. Very poor and very rude. At one point I could hear the telephonist typing on her computer whilst I was trying to get an answer from her. It was apparent she wasn't interested and ignored several questions. I won't be using Kershaws again and cancelled my order in frustration.

I placed an order for my door, I did not receive any correspondence that I had even purchased it which gave me doubt in the company straight away.
After two weeks I finally got confirmation of my order, they said in the email my door will be with me in two days, still no door.
I called up the company and could not get through on 3 separate occasions, I then received a call telling me they deliver on Thursdays which from that date, was another week.
Would very strongly advise not using this company as there will be many more on the net that will give you a better service.

I was a bit sceptical about making this purchase for oak French doors but Kershaws was the only place I could find that had a choice of measurements so decided to take a chance and make an order. On arrival, checked that all in perfect condition and they have a beautiful finish. The doors were the final touch to my new kitchen and compliment the room greatly. Am very pleased, thank you.

I ordered 3 x 1930's 4 panel pine doors from Kershaws. Unfortunately they had just gone out of stock, but they rang straight away and ask if we wanted a refund or wait until next delivery. Doors arrived a month later and they look stunning. They match the other doors in our house perfectly.

Ordering the doors was simple and quick, I was kept up to date with delivery of doors I ordered. Doors arrived fully wrapped and once opened the doors were unmarked. I had a carpenter fit my doors, he was very impressed, not only with the design but with the quality of the doors. I have already given Kershaw Doors e-mail address to my carpenter who had already requested them on seeing the quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to family and friends.

I was told these doors would never require painting .on arrival was disgusted i paid almost £200 for 3 doors which i could have purchased from b& q for £20 each . Customer service appalling once they have your money they dont care about the fact your not happy. If i returned them i still had to pay each way which was around £70 plus 20. Percent handling fee

Very happy with the doors I ordered they came very quickly and the team were very helpful when I called to check if stock was available.

I am really pleased with my french doors I was worried that as they were much cheaper than in the diy shops they would not be very good. WRONG!
They are very well made heavy and strong and they keep my lab/staff from breaking them down to get into the front room when he is being hyper!

Purchased 2 x Door Frames. Easy to understand Web Site, especially the assembly video, which makes it really easy to see what you are buying, before you commit.

Problem with delivery courier was fixed quickly after one call.Arrived promptly after that and were installed easily.
