2GB Hosting is a well-regarded web hosting provider known for its affordability and reliable performance
highlighting its affordability, ease of use, and reliable performance. User-Friendly Control Panels ,Utilizes cPanel for Linux and Plesk for Windows, The user interface is noted for being intuitive, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced users

Their prices are low, but their services are horrible. First it took three days to set up a new account despite the fact that they say they can do it within 24 hours. Then they charged me and took my money twice, and this happened in two successive years.

Their servers got slower and slower, and in response to my complaint as to this problem, they moved my website from Seattle to New York. That was nice.

Then one year I did not get any e-mail including that for billing and renewal notification. Several months (10 months or so) passed, and I realized that my website had long gone because of nonpayment. I contacted their support team, and surprisingly they were able to reconstruct my website from their backup that they accidentally kept. That would have been even better if they had notified me of renewal. If they had, I could have avoided all that.

It was truly amazing and great being able to restore my website after several months, but a few years passed and I suddenly found that I cannot FTP with my website. After several days of struggle, I found that they somehow banned SFTP (FTP over SSL) for my website without notifying me. That happened because they moved my website without my permission to a server where SFTP is prohibited.

Then renewal notification e-mail never reached me again. I contacted their support team, but this time they were never able to deliver renewal notification e-mail to me.

After some consideration, I decided that their prices are low but that their low level of service costs more. That means that they are more costly because they cause a lot of trouble. So I moved my website to a better hosting company. The new hosting company is twice expensive but they rarely cause problems. So they are the most cost-effective. 2GB hosting's low level of service never pays off, and I will not pay them any longer either.

I have been with them for more than 10 years, since around 2010. But now I found that my account without any currently active accounts was sold off to an unknown hosting company named zrix hosting. I have been asking them for explanation for more than a month, but they have never responded as of now. Only my attempt to login to my 2GB Hosting account is redirected to zrix. My personal information and login credentials are now in the hands of some unknown company.

I only get a horrible picture from this. I am Japanese, but this company is Indian. India is amazing, and it tops the world. I have never imagined such a picture in my life.

It goes without saying that all the positive reviews your see here or elsewhere are fake. Find a trouble-free hosting company somewhere else is my advice.

Trustable in the field, definitely recommendable services at great prices, the staff is excellent & well trained, I didn't think they would become my preferable hosting company, truly a seamless experience.

This company's ticket system is broken, doesn't work. the tech support staff do not comprehend anything above the most basic, simple English. They do not understand the problems with their hosting. So requesting support for any problem is a frustrating and awful experience. And, of course, the problem remains unresolved.

Also, I looked through the reviews here. Most appear to be fake. Similar incorrect capitalization of words, nonsensical statements. It is very sad that you can buy fake Trustpilot reviews, and some companies choose to do this.
