Seagrove âSeasons in the Sunâ is an amazing new home! The home has an excellent layout and is well decorated. We loved the kitchen with walk-in pantry, beverage cooler, ice maker, 2 washers and dryers, 2 master suites, all bedrooms with baths plus an extra full on the main level, the inviting outdoor space with private pool and last but not least the golf cart and 5 bikes provided for our use. 360 Blue staff were very polite and professional. We were so pleased that we are returning to this home later this summer!

We rented a house - 21 Royal Fern Way that was supposed to come with a 6 person golf cart. This was the whole reason we rented this house. When we arrived there was no golf cart. We were told the previous renters damaged the golf cart. We were offered a 100.00 daily credit but a rental was 250.00. The customer service rep refused to pass me along to a supervisor. I was told my request would be at the bottom of the list and i most likely would not hear from them in the week. Interesting for a company that is in the service industry!!

Positives: This was a wonderful house in a great location. Easy walk to the Red Bar. There was plenty of room for our 8 adults and 4 children. The bedrooms were well spaced out. The shallow sun ledge and jetted tub were nice additions to the pool. I would definitely give this house 5 stars if the issues listed below were addressed.
Website: would be nice to know there is a pack n play and several gates available for use.
Negatives: Dining table should seat 12-14, refrigerator/ice maker is needed on first floor, washing machine is extremely noisy and can be heard throughout the house, dishwasher needs to be replaced, ice maker was inadequate, internet is very spotty, the outdoor shower and hose are behind the fence and not accessible after a day at the beach, there is limited place to hang wet towels and swimsuits, would be nice to have outdoor seating for dining and would be nice to have access to the garage and elevator.

We rented 28 Watercolor Blvd E #102 from 360 Blue for $3k+ for a 4 night stay. We paid for beach and pool access for 4 and paid for 2 additional bikes to add to the 2 complimentary bikes that were to be at unit. We called ahead to make sure all was in order on day of arrival and were assured all was good to go at 4pm. Our daughter was in town and onsite at 3:20 while housekeeping was still in unit and immediately began calling the office notifying them wristbands and bikes were not present. She was told too bad, the person was leaving for the day at 4 and she could go to a public beach and that wristbands would come tomorrow morning. Wow. That was the beginning of our 5 day, 4 night frustration and lack of customer service.
We never received our RFID wristbands for beach and pool access during our stay Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. 2 hours before departure on Tuesday morning they were delivered to our door. We spent a frustrating hour at the beginning of every day of our trip trying to reach the 360 Blue office to report the continuing problems. Thank goodness for the Watercolor Homeowners Association Beach Manager Christopher that helped us and the many other 360 Blue clients that were stranded and standing outside and unable to access beach and pools. We personally spoke to those other 360 Blue clients and they were having identical problems. We were told repeatedly that it was the 360 Blue customers that were having problems getting their amenity access and that 360 Blueâs process was the problem. Other companies, airbnb, and vrbo renters were receiving their wristbands at all hours during the weekend using the HOA weekend program. 360 Blue clients were not. We were only able to access the beach and pools 2.5 days of our 4 days.
360 Blue had no integrity in how they handled our issues through out our stay nor did they after checkout. Penelope refused to provide the name of who had dropped the ball with our booking or who could help us. Bikes we paid for were never delivered and she said that wasnât her problem to handle. We borrowed other bikes and we accepted kindnesses from the Watercolor HOA. 360 Blue took our money and blamed others for not delivering services that we paid them for and left us to figure it out ourselves. Penelope offered a paltry $52 refund and denied we had the experience we did. We are 20 year visitors to Watercolor and have 20 years of good visits until booking with 360 Blue. We are professionals and are ourselves vacation rental homeowners. We hoped for what we paid for and did not receive it. Please save yourself a lot of grief and book with the many other wonderful companies that have homes in WC and along 30A.
We are sending a letter to the Homeowners Association detailing the RFID wristbands, the bikes, the customer service problems, the dishonesty, and the finger pointing that 360 Blue did by blaming everyone else instead of taking responsibility for dropping the ball and making things right or appropriately compensating us. They could have handled the problem Friday at 3:20PM when they were notified on arrival day. They did not. They could have resolved the problem Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, they did not. After checkout, they could have offered a refund for 4 people x 2.5 days of amenities, they could have offered a future credit, they could have offered something to restore some goodwill, they did not. We are hopeful the HOA will let the homeowner family know that their property is being managed so poorly by 360 Blue.

We recently rented 63 Sand Hill Circle in Watercolor. My complaint is not with the home but with the management company 360 Blue, specifically, a guest service supervisor named Penelope. Our rental total was 5600.00 for 3 nights. We arrived on Friday and on Saturday, the A/C went out on the main floor and the temps were too high to be in the house on that level. It was not fixed until later the next day. We actually had to take two cribs apart and relocate all family members that were sleeping on that floor. The weekend managers assured us we would receive a credit for our troubles. We left on Monday morning being told a manager would contact us for a credit. I called several times and finally on Thursday when I called again, was told I would get $168.00 credit. I asked for a supervisor to explain this odd and low amount since we paid almost $1,900.00 PER NIGHT. Unfortunately, I was connected with Penelope. She is definitely in the wrong line of work and should not be in any position related to customer service since she not only has zero skills but actually has the distinct talent of being extremely offensive and rude. This is actually the second time I have encountered her terrible behavior. She actually lowered the offer to $150.00 and refused to allow me to speak with any other supervisor, stating she is the ONLY one who could help me even though I asked for a call back from someone else on a different day or her supervisor. She repeatedly refused and said there was no one above her. HUMMM.... I was willing to accept a credit towards a future rental but this person was so ill mannered, I had to end the conversation with no resolution. I hope the higher level team reads these reviews because it's so unfair for employee's to treat good customers so disrespectfully. You take a vacation to relax not to hear someone on a power trip trying to ruin your day.

Due to the pandemic and other issues we finally after three years were able to take our Florida trip. We have used 360 Blue for ten years and have been most pleased. They make putting a trip together very easy. The house was in excellent condition especially very clean. There was one big problem we did encounter upon our arrival. There was no key for the golf cart. We drive down in a very large travel coach and therefore our only means of getting to the beach is the golf cart. One amenity we look for in choosing a property. I called the emergency number and a very sweet representative said someone would reach out to us the next morning. Next day nothing so called back. Seems they were aware the golf cart was inoperable. Received an apology and an offer of bicycles, which was not possible due to age and health conditions. We asked for another golf cart which apparently is a no with their HOA. We ended up quickly renting a car. In the meantime, they did get the cart fixed for us to use for a few days. Although we did not get off on the right foot with Carmen, she was gracious in offering to refund us a golf cart amount for the days we were without. Overall, 360 Blue is a very good company to work with and we will continue telling people about them and look forward to many future rentals.

The Customer Service Representative, Brianna was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had telephoned 360 Blue on multiple occasions requesting a check in time for 2pm-3pm to place flower's in my Mom's room for our Mother's Day weekend retreat in FL. I was advised to call back on numerous occasions regarding an early check-in only to have Brianna and another Rep advise it is not their policy to permit early check-in and departures. Why was my time wasted? I received an excuse about improperly trained new agents on staff. I asked Brianna to speak with her Manager and she hung up on me. Then, when I called back, another agent tried to upsell me another night for $1000+ so I could arrive at 2pm-3pm tomorrow! I was only requesting an extra hour or two for early check-in. This is not the way to treat your customers 360 blue. For all vacation seekers, please reserve a home or condo with another property management company that values your business and believes in treating clients respectfully. 360 Blue will not receive my business in the future.

Our stay with 360 Blue at The Crossings C-103 was absolutely picture perfect! 360 Blue went above and beyond, with little details that made our vacation incredibly enjoyable. The Crossings C-103 exceeded our expectations. Pictures did not do it justice. The view was magical and the space was perfect. The condo was decorated beautifully and location was unrivaled. If we could give it 6 stars we would. We will be back!

Half of our group arrived early on Monday, April 18. Because we were early? the cleaning crew was still working and we could not get into the house.
We decided to take the golf cart to Seaside for lunch.
Just as we were getting ready to leave, a woman showed up to inspect the house once it was cleaned. I am not sure of her name. It was Lilianne or LilliâŠsomethingâ-so very nice.
We had ordered groceries through Instacart and werenât sure when they would be delivered. Jokingly, we said to the lady âwhen the groceries arrive, will you take them in and put them away?â
She immediately replied âof course I will!â
We said âNo, no, no.. we were just kidding.â
However, when we returned, our suitcases were put nearly in the hallway and all of the groceries had been carried up 2 flights of stairs and put away!!!! Groceries for 13 people for 5 days!!
It was INCREDIBLE and such a nice surprise!!
I called the office to find out her name but I have still not heard back from them. We wanted to drop off a thank-you gift to her.
It was above and beyond the call of duty.

Awful situation for a long standing customer of 360 Blue!!! We had booked 82 Vermillion way many weeks ago and were very excited for our 6th visit to Watercolor and 30A.
We were so rudely treated when we approached the 360 Blue management on an issue with a pool heater no longer working on a premium rental that we had for the week of 3/16-3/16. We have been renting premium rentals through 360 Blue for over 6 years and even with that fact they were completely unwilling to compromise with us on finding an alternate house that would allow the kids staying in the house to use the pool. The weather outside is in the 60s and the pool is less than that rendering the pool and outside area completely useless. We paid a premium to secure a heated pool rental and the fact that they were only willing to refund us $175 for the entire week was completely unacceptable. 360 Blue did not inform us of the issue with the pool heater and we had no time to change our reservation to another property. The managers we spoke to we outright rude, did not honor or even respect the customer. The 360 Management refused to listen and hung up multipletimes when trying to reason with us on how to rectify the situation. We are out a great deal of money and will never be staying in a 360 Blue property again.
