4th & Reckless レビュー 

I was charged import fees twice due to a mistake made by 4th & Reckless. I contacted their customer service, but instead of helping, they just replied with a generic “sorry to hear that” message and did nothing to fix it. DHL confirmed it was their error, and I should not have paid twice. I strongly advise anyone outside the UK not to order from them, they take no responsibility and offer zero real support.

I ordered three items — a halterneck cotton maxi dress, a plum satin maxi skirt, and a knit tassel-trim maxi skirt. Just three minutes after placing my order, I noticed there was a discount I’d missed, so I contacted customer service right away. Unfortunately, no one got back to me until the order had already been dispatched, saying that their “window for changes is very short as they deliver super fast.” When I pointed out that I had reached out only 15 minutes after placing my order, I received no reply.

That aside, when the order arrived, I immediately knew the knit skirt would have to go back — it was obvious it would collect fluff instantly. I decided to give the plum skirt a chance, but it ended up with scratches just from being in my luggage (I brought it on vacation but never even wore it). It’s also quite narrow at the bottom, which makes it hard to walk in.

On the positive side, I absolutely love the halterneck cotton maxi dress. I won’t comment on the quality, but the design is beautiful, and it’s become one of my favorite pieces.

Overall, though, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this store again.

Absolute scam offered a discount code which would not work contacted customer service they asked which products I was applying it too and miraculously despite both products still being in my basket were suddenly out of stock

Would give zero stars if I could! Fell succumb to a large influencer on instagram who said this company was good etc so I placed an order for £162 which came with free next day delivery great 👍 would be here in time for me to take on holiday WRONG! I had a dispatch email that same night so thought great it will arrive next day however the evri tracking code they gave me was invalid. So I emailed them and within seconds I was receiving AI generated responses so I was getting frustrated. After going over to instagram and moaning a human emailed me back and told me my parcel had been dispatched the previous night and it would arrive today. Fast forward to now and it hasn’t arrived and to top it off it hasn’t even been dispatched evri say they are expecting it and that it has been sent standard delivery not next day. So when I asked this morning to cancel as they hadn’t sent it they flat out lied to me and said it was collected last night when it in fact hasn’t even been collected now. Now customer service are ignoring my emails and messges so I have taken further action. Avoid avoid avoid but better still don’t fall for fashion influencers as they often scam you too!

Unfortunately after purchasing many items on line, I must give them a 1 star review due to their refund policy. Don't expect to get your money back soon, you have to wait for the acknowledgement of the parcel return, then the refund email, then 10 days after this. You could be in a situation where your credit card needs paying when you should have received your refund.

I really wanted to leave a 5* review for 4th and Reckless because when my clothes arrived, I was very impressed with the fit and what I assumed to be good quality.

However, after one wear of the printed linen blend bandeau midaxi dress and following the wash instructions, the dress has unfortunately shrunk and the hook and eye has come off.

I haven’t had a chance to wear my cream satin maxi skirt but it has already pulled in certain places so god knows what it’s going to look like after the first wear.

Really frustrated at the quality of the clothing.

Made a few orders in the last two weeks! Everything is great quality and shipping arrives so fast. I have just bought another colour in some of the items I received I love them that much.

Have just started the returns process, so far so good. Hopefully they will refund quickly despite what the reviews suggest. I have faith they will!

Similar to the other reviews I had a terrible experience with the returns process. It took a lot of emails and phone calls with both the company and PayPal to try to get it resolved, which I shouldn’t have had to do.

I will not order from here again.

I returned an item and it arrived at there warehouse 10days ago which is the time frame they ask you to wait for which is ridiculous and reading reviews I knew they wouldn’t be refunding me sooner and would have to be chasing them for my monies which is ridiculous time consuming and long which should not be the case with a good company. My first and last time ordering from this company I have emailed them to see if I ever will be refunded which is so wrong. Not nice for your customer 4th and reckless very bad.

Be careful - only 14 day window to return and they charge you! Not openly communicated before you place an order! What happened to standard 30 day returns!!

Amazing customer service - my friends purchased me some trousers for my birthday and with them being a gift, I didn't receive them till nearly 2 weeks after purchase. Sadly they were too short and I wanted to exchange / return but it was outside the 14 day return window. We contacted customer service team and explained the situation and they were really helpful, offering an extension on the return so that I could choose an item that fit! Also absolutely love the clothes from here, so really happy to order something else.

Multiple attempts at breaching the law on the website

- States that there is 14 days from order date, to return item. Not correct, under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of the clothing.
- States that they do not refund original shipping costs. If you return your full order, you are entitled to a refund of the standard delivery charge you paid when you made the purchase.

Further to this Retailers must process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned.

If a retailer fails to honor these rights, you can report them to Trading Standards or seek advice from the Citizens Advice Consumer Service.

Ordered a 4th and reckless vest which turned bobbly after just one wear, prior to washing!! Also ordered a linen two piece which despite washing as per instruction shrunk to the max. Obviously as both items were worn I was unable to return. Very disappointed with the quality of my order. Will not be ordering again.

I returned my parcel and have received an email to confirm receipt of this. It’s been over 3 weeks now without a refund.

I have messaged and received an email to inform that this has been passed to another department and yet I have heard nothing.

It appears that many people are having the same issue. Don’t use this company.

I have had to raise a dispute with my bank.

I placed an order on 13/04/25 & received the order on 15/04/25. Unfortunately in between placing the order and now we have had bereavement and when I have gone to return today the website is stating that I am over the 14 day return policy by 2 days. I have emailed customer services and they have said the policy stands but they will check with the returns team. Usually the returns policy commences from the day you receive the order which would mean I am still within returns period. I have also checked this on the gov.uk website which confirms its from the day you received the order so they are in breach with the law. Still awaiting a response.

Sent a return of 3 items totalling £153. Received confirmation of return and have given them the 10 days to process as per their policy and yet I still haven’t received my refund. Will not be purchasing from them again. Absolutely ridiculous, nothing but a scam.

Having read the reviews first - I was a bit unsure about buying from this company, however they have some lovely pieces and with discounts for first time customers, it seemed worth taking the chance to order from them directly (as opposed to ASOS, who also stock this brand). I have now ordered three times from them AND have had to refund one item. Firstly the quality of the pieces are lovely, well fitting and wash well. Delivery times have been super fast (all free next day delivery - presumably because I have spent a certain amount). I have returned one item because it just didn't suit me and opted for credit voucher rather than a refund. The process isn't SUPER quick but they were transparent about their timelines and we are not dealing with a huge company, so I do feel people need to bear that in mind. The credit voucher was received within the time that they stated and I have already used it to make another order. I have also interacted with their customer service to check stock availability of an item and they responded super quickly! I would personally really recommend shopping with them and just being understanding that their refund process may take a little longer than some of the huge corporations!

I placed an order last week and my order was delivered to the wrong address even though the correct address was on the order I have contacted customer service multiple times about my missing parcel and no one is letting me know what’s going on. I was advised that a refund would be raised but have not heard anything back this is very frustrating and the customer service is very disappointing

Update: after several tries, I have finally get an answer from them. They have issued a refund, but its been more than 10 days and the money aren't back. Avoid, please. You will lose your time and money for nothing. Robbers!!!!

Placed an order on 4th of March. It's been more than two weeks and nothing. Tried to contact them, but no result. Scam company, avoid at any cost.
