Staff are very very helpful, in store and online. Quick responses to emails and always treated my now husband with kindness and respect when he visited the store. They even gave us discount on a third ring as my engagement and wedding ring was bought from them. Very pleased with the whole experience

Initially confused with the web page and how to find what I need, but with support from your customer service via whatsup I got the right set of hearings. The delivery time was as promised, which was very important for me as well.

Dreadful experience after researching multiple places. Inaccurate online booking system that says ‘Book an Appointment’ yet it is actually a ‘Request for an Appointment’. Very limited follow-up contact with communication going between very entitled, condescending staff who were rude in their approach. Worth looking at alternatives for a smoother process from start to finish.
