We visited the Manchester store for our appointment, and we were met by Maryam, who was a pleasure to meet and couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. We ordered our beautiful marquise cut ring with full belief that 77 diamonds would provide us with brilliant craftsmanship and service. I can highly recommend 77diamonds, dealt with Tarek Aliwiye at 77diamonds, he was so helpful knew what I wanted when I mentioned a yellow diamond and had the mock up within a few days went through the diamond types etc. I had my new engagement ring within 4 weeks of ordering and has now been put away until my 60th in April and cannot wait to wear it and show of to my friends

Went to visit the Manchester office to upgrade my engagement ring. It was a really nice experience and the lady was really knowledgeable and helpful. I did not order anything there and then as I wanted to think about it now I had all the information. I then decided and ordered on the website, I messed up my order, Lee from customer services was there to help and sorted it out for me straight away. I am really happy with choice and purchase given all the help and guidance I received.
