Beratung war sehr enttäuschend. Man erwartet von jemanden, der es beruflich macht eine sinnvolle Hilfestellung beim finden der Größe.
Mehrfach da gewesen zum anpassen. Jedes mal ewige Wartezeiten.

Not only are your diamonds incredibly priced compared to the 'high street', but the treatment received is far better than anywhere I have been.

Staff are very very helpful, in store and online. Quick responses to emails and always treated my now husband with kindness and respect when he visited the store. They even gave us discount on a third ring as my engagement and wedding ring was bought from them. Very pleased with the whole experience
