I rarely leave reviews, but the service I received from 77 Diamonds was truly exceptional.

A special thank you to Bijoux Raharinesa, who guided me through every step of the process with outstanding professionalism, patience and kindness.

I experienced some difficulties with the payment process and the Splitit setup, but Bijoux was always available, responded incredibly quickly and made sure everything was resolved smoothly.

She also helped me select an alternative diamond when my original choice became unavailable and even spoke with the production team to ensure the ring could be delivered in time for a very special proposal date.

Throughout the entire journey, I felt genuinely supported and valued as a customer.

The level of communication, attention to detail and customer care exceeded all my expectations.

I had a great experience, and everything went incredibly smoothly. The 18k Aria setting with the marquise diamond looks absolutely stunning. Customer service was incredibly fast and helpful. I would especially like to thank Tarek Alawiye, who went above and beyond to help me change the type of diamond mid-order when I realized I wasn't 100% satisfied with my original choice. I didn't get the size right and had to send the ring for resizing, a process that was made very easy with the support of Clare, Yara and Petra, who were all very patient with me and helped me along the way.
