You might see negative reviews, but do not let that get in the way of you ordering from 7879.when you order personalised jewelry, just realize that you are getting a piece of outstanding and valuable AND personal jewelry made just for you! Sometimes making something custom requires very strategic thinking and planning, you cannot put a price on perfection! If you are in a rush for a beautiful piece of 7879s collection, then check out their website for in stock items to suit your needs better! Yes, I’ve gotten both and I anticipate that the custom jewelry will take longer! My strong opinion is as with everything, YOU CANNOT RUSH PERFECTION!

It's a fabulous company, sometimes let down by its communication and delivery estimates, that aside, the product is brilliant and having introduced more variety into the range is more of a temptation to buy, well done team 7879.

I ordered a platinum diamond-cut curb chain as a gift for my partner, but two months later I am still waiting for any meaningful update. I have received multiple automated emails stating the item has progressed to hallmarking; however, when I log into my account, it shows the order has not even entered manufacturing. I have gone back and forth with these automated updates for several weeks.

The extremely long lead times are not clearly communicated on the website, which feels misleading. Customer service appears to rely heavily on automated responses, with little transparency or accuracy regarding order progress.

I am now no longer receiving responses to my enquiries, so I will be pursuing a refund through my credit card provider.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

I’m disappointed with my experience. The website clearly advertises a FULL refund with 30 days return, which gave me confidence to make a purchase. However, after returning the item within 14 days (well within my legal rights), I was shocked to find that a £15 restocking fee had been deducted from my refund.

This is not only misleading but also goes against UK consumer law, which entitles customers to a full refund for online purchases cancelled within the cooling-off period. Despite raising this with the retailer, they have refused to correct it.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as the terms being applied do not match what is advertised, and resolving the issue has been unnecessarily difficult.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I placed an order using a discount code I found online, which worked perfectly at checkout. The payment went through successfully, so naturally I expected my order to be processed.

Instead, my order was cancelled - not once, but twice.

The reason given was that the referral/discount code I used was no longer valid because their campaign with that partner had ended. But here’s the issue: if the code is no longer valid, why is it still working at checkout and allowing customers to complete payment?

This is clearly not the customer’s fault. If a code is accepted and payment is processed, the company should honour the order. Cancelling it afterwards and asking the customer to pay more is completely unacceptable.

On top of that, most of their other discount codes have been heavily reduced in value, making them almost useless. Overall, the experience feels misleading and poorly managed.

Very disappointing customer service and a terrible user experience. I won’t be ordering again.

This is very cool jewellery and the packaging is wonderful and has major wow appeal as a gift.
My only gripe is, i have twice ordered a chain and pendant and on both occasions one or the other was "Manufactured for me" which
1) took AGES and
2) meant the gift was weeks late.
This should be more transparent at the point of order.

Waiting for 10+ weeks (should be max 5 for manufacturing ) still not been made, Long Delays No accurate updates , customer service have no idea when my orders will be made , its like they have no contact with production overseas , fobbed off by AI email responses , waste of time , weekly emails updates are total BS , massive backlog of orders i would say and they hope they can fob people off until they arrive months late

I have ordered a couple different products and in each case they have been beautifully and subtly crafted. Customer service has been responsive to any concerns or inquiries, and delivery was timely. I am very happy and look forward to my next purchases for myself and planning gifts for loved ones.

UPDATE: The company reached out in response to this review within about 24 hours and did send me updated information. It should still be easier to contact them from one's account page.

The survey email says that I've had "some time to enjoy my brilliant new addition." However, what has actually happened is that I ordered 26 days ago and have had zero updates since the order was made.

I was told one thing on the WhatsApp message then another on email format. I paid $776.90 USD plus $150 USD for VAT for a chain that is only value at $368 USD I’m upset the item got shipped separately since I had to pay DHL twice for there delivery fee

I chose a beautiful gold heavy 18ct gold bracelet from the new range. Arrived quite quickly and was delighted with my purchase. It is something for going out in and so looking forward to showing it off. What an investment. Well done 7879.

Ordered a 24k Timeless Band. A beautiful piece of jewellery and exactly what I was hoping for. Bit of wait, but worth it!

I bought jewellery a few years back now, was happy with the jewellery itself, the quality is good and I had no problems with the delivery.
I recently sent my jewellery back under the buy back scheme. My jewellery was confirmed as arriving back at 7879 and they emailed me with a final buy back price, stating that funds would be sent on 06/03/26 and it would take 2-3 days to land in my bank account. It is now the 16/03/26 and I am without my £2k+ and unable to get hold of 7879 to get support. I have emailed and used the online chat portal on their website, but to not avail.
Please get back to me asap, reason I sold my beloved jewellery is because I have bills to pay, and this delay in my funds reaching me is causing quite a big inconvenience to me
