I was scammed 30000 for VIP 2 upgrade withdrawal and still keep on asking me to deposit then I noticed it was all scam I need a refund please if possible

This app is a big scam, I won 7million and I was asked to upgrade to VIP 1 before I can withdraw, I did it but I was unable to withdraw, I chatted with their customer care, I was told to upgrade to VIP 2 for security purposes after upgrading again, I put in my account details, instead me to be credited I received a message again that I made a mistake with my account details, which is not true because I logged in to my bank app to copy my account details and pasted it there, after checking the details I entered I noticed they have tampered with 1 digit out of the account details, they swipe 1 number to the other, I complained to them And I was told to change my account details but before I can change it I have to pay money again to upgrade to VIP 3 an additional 30k after I have already paid 20k
