Great choise, fantastic quality and quick shipment, even to Amsterdam. And sales support is fast and correct as well. 100% recommended!

Bought two pairs of GV Special Puma Trainers from them, both pairs have developed a embarrassing squeak from the soles, tried all sorts of recommended remedies from various sources with no joy. Got in touch with them, they weren’t interested and dismissed the issue as outside the six months window. Have now contacted Puma to highlight the issue. Won't use them again.

Unfortunately the royal mail decided that losing my order was somehow easier than delivering it. However Katie from 80sClassicCasuals was exceptional at getting the issue resolved by sending a second parcel via DPD which turned up without issue, and providing a refund for one of the items that had gone out of stock. I cannot praise Katie enough for her polite professionalism, patience and diligence as we waited for the royal mail day after day, with ever increasing levels of anxiety on my part, as the items ordered were gifts for my son. So I was extremely please when DPD arrived on the Saturday with my order. The exceptional customer service will mean I will happily return for further purchases.

What an absolutely fantastic place to shop, with a brilliant range of clothing and styles. My personal favourite has always been Sergio Tacchini – absolutely top-quality clothing!

But what really makes 80s Casual Classics stand out is their outstanding service. The speed of delivery is excellent, and if there’s ever an issue, they’re straight on it and get things sorted without any fuss.

Their customer service is second to none, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers.

I honestly couldn’t recommend 80s Casual Classics highly enough. I’ll certainly be shopping with them year after year.

Ordered on Monday in Dublin and delivered on Friday morning, the trainers are excellent. They arrived very well packed too. I Bought the Puma Roma they are beautiful just like back in the day!!! I will certainly purchase from 80s Casual Classics again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone here in Ireland looking for the classics.

I ordered a jacket and unfortunately they sent me the wrong colour I contacted customer service and was greeted by Katie who went above and beyond to have my jacket taken back free of charge and arranged my new jacket to arrive by express delivery the next day ,perfect customer service and help, and i won't have a problem ordering from here again thumbs up

Bought Puma trainers, box they came in was in bits when arrived. The shoes were not like i ordered. Cheap materials, inside soul just popped out, cardboard in soul. Absolute fault, dont buy from this site. Should have checked the return policy. Not i have to pay to return them which tells me alot about there company. Stay clear of these people!!!

Fantastic outlet. Love the clothes, fit is awesome and choice of colours brilliant. I'm an old 80s fella and it takes me right back.

Previously had only a good experience but unfortunately I’m a little wary now. On my last order a received a faulty t shirt with a couple of holes in it with a couple of very subtle stitch repairs where they holes were. Whilst I did get a refund to re-sell damaged goods with repairs is not a good look and not sure if I would risk again

As usual, amazing music, classic soundtracks, always professional and very quick service. Been buying from now a long time and always perfect. Recently bought This Is England 90 soundtrack to go with the other two.

Ordered coat on Friday. Arrived in Dublin on Wednesday. Super quick service. After I ordered I noticed the delivery address was incomplete and started to panic. Emailed them to ask could they change delivery address . Was a bit nervous because it was Friday evening. They emailed me back almost immediately saying no problem. Great service

I bought 2 Napapijri Salis T shirts at £25 each. After wearing a couple of times over a period of months I noticed the collars were very loose and disfigured.
I have a friend who has a couple of these t shirts for years and collars are like new !
Contacted the company through their online contact form and was ignored for a week. Sent another form and received an email asking me to resend the original contact form ? I replied to the email and nothing came back so sent another online contact form which again was ignored. I called them and was told they could not accept return as it was outside their 6 month returns window.
I have searched the website and it does not state on the Returns Policy or anywhere anything about a 6 months return.
Terrible customer service and a returns policy that seems to be made up depending on the circumstance.
Definitely won't be shopping here again.

My partner ordered me a,Sergio tachini cream jacket paid 92 pound arrived un ironed dirty and looked cheap we always use this site and are so disappointed that we recieved it in this condition previous orders hve met our expectations sent it back as nobody wud pay 92 pounds for this Item
