Promos are non existent. Half the horse meetings don't have video streaming. It's like being in 1998

Customer service make it as difficult as they can for your to contact them. Emails are ignored and there's no phone number.

Withdrawal takes way too long. Won't be going back

Tried to sign up as a new customer,would not accept the promotion code,web chat would not honour the offer.clickbait offer,not to be trusted.

Horrendous site, easily one of the worst out there. Without doubt the customer service is the worst in history, today they sent me an email saying I’d a 5e free bet on the grand nation, I never got it, and customer service tell me I was never sent the email🙈🙈I provided the screenshots so they blocked me, no better than thieves

Mon expérience avec 888sport a été extrêmement décevante.
Mon retrait est bloqué depuis plusieurs jours et je n’ai reçu aucune information claire. Le service client me donne uniquement des réponses standardisées, sans jamais expliquer la situation ni proposer une solution.

J’ai contacté tous leurs canaux : chat, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter… rien n’avance.
Mes documents sont 100 % conformes, mais mon dossier reste “escaladé” sans aucune mise à jour réelle.

Après plusieurs avis publics, certaines options de mon compte ont même été désactivées, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus inquiétante.

Je partage mon expérience ici pour informer les autres utilisateurs, car je n’ai trouvé aucune solution malgré mes démarches.

Stay well away from these frauds I did the bet €10 get €30 in free bets my bet settled. Contacted customer support they said oh it takes up too 72hours and I'll have my free bets 100% by Wednesday as in today.4 days later there saying that I didn't qualify and that you need a promo when you don't it comes up before you deposit. They have temporarily closed my account now aswell absolute fraudsters everyone stay well clear of these absolutely abysmal

Odds are horrible, customer service doesn't reply via email. No phone number. Live chat keeps cutting off, after you have spent ages trying to get past the automated bot.

I've never encountered such non existent customer service in my life.

This company stole around 500 Euros from me, by pretending that my residence documentation was not valid, though I provided both phone bills, electricity bills and official public confirmation of my adress.

I’ve been a customer of 888sport for some time, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating.

I requested a withdrawal of $10,600 on March 15, and since then it has still not been processed. I have already submitted all required verification documents multiple times, yet I keep being asked to provide more information, which is causing unnecessary delays.

Deposits are processed instantly, but withdrawals seem to be treated very differently. This lack of consistency is concerning.

I have now escalated this issue to iGaming Ontario. I hope this matter will finally be resolved soon, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.

They can start by allowing people to withdraw their money

As per all the previous reviews, this site should be avoided at all costs. They currently hold £125 of my money. Not a fortune but still my money. Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible and I can't believe there is no ombudsman available for individual cases.

PI won with a offered FREE bet.This started me betting again.After a period I wished to stop as it was obsessive,I am 84 years and I asked them to close my account,they would not comply to my wishes and offered a tempory closure which I was not satisfied with.What can I do as I don,t want to start betting AGAIN.Prior they claimed technical faults to withhold some monies to prevent withdrawel, till out of frustration I had bet it and lost.

Been with 888 for many years and am verified ..i didn't believe all the reviews on here but yesterday they froze my account withdrawals for no reason.

Right now I am completely mentally devastated they have behaved this way as i have only followed their rules. Not quite sure what i did wrong but now i know why people commit suicide.

888 have no phone number, they only have live chat. So they will run you around in circles esp one of the operators named Rodel.

Right now taking legal action is the only option.

Worst customer service of all the sports sites.

My experience was absurd: I registered as a completely brand-new user, and within minutes, before even making my first deposit， my account was suspended. Their operations team sent a cold email claiming my account is linked to other accounts on their network, which is factually impossible, as I have never used their service or any of their affiliates before.

When I contacted live chat to resolve this obvious system error, they demanded a selfie of me holding my ID just to look into it. Expecting a new customer to provide such sensitive biometric data to fix a mistake caused by their own faulty software is intrusive and unprofessional.

This platform is a technical mess and treats new users with immediate, baseless suspicion. Do not trust them with your money or your identity. I’m moving my business to a platform that actually values its customers.
