Ridiculous postage costs
Ridiculous postage costs, item is great as always but postage was ridiculous, I queried this with a staff member who said that was the only postage offered as they had not yet updated the websiteâŠâŠpossibly get the website updated!!!!! My item could have been delivered by Royal Mail FULLY insured for £4.05 but I was charged £11 by A1âŠâŠ..not happy!!!!! The items are always first class and USUALLY there is a choice on postage but as stated this needs to be updatedâŠâŠbefore customers are put off by the costsâŠâŠ
