I had a good experience with AAA Auto. The staff was helpful and the whole process was straightforward. Everything went as expected and without complications. I’d recommend them if you’re looking to buy a car.

I had my vehicles insured with AAA for 23 years. I paid my pruimen in full for those years. In December 2025. I had a accident and it was my fault. My car had some scratches on the bumper and some damage to my license plate. AAA increase my pruimen 50%.
I couldn't believe it. For over 2 decades, my premiums went to advertisement, $ for claims, etc... I decided to leave them and go to their competitors. Their quoted was $91.00 less than AAA. When I renewed with them, they reduce my premium again by $70.00. A staffer at AAA, said I could return in 3yrs. If I'm accident free for 3yrs. Some nerve I thought.

If I could leave a negative number I would . Don't sign up for a subscription. You call request a tow and they don't show up for 5 hours or more . You call the number on the card automatic reply they have a delay. No response no help left stranded with false hope. Save your money find a better company to get you your tow in a respectable amount of time . And subscription is yearly don't do it . It's happened now 4 different times to me and same results. Tow truck drivers don't respond to their dispatch.

Při koupi vozidla nám bylo sděleno, že je potřeba vyměnit pouze olej a filtry a že automobil má čerstvou STK platnou na 2 roky, což bylo doloženo v dokumentech.
Ihned po koupi jsme navštívili nezávislý autoservis. Za výměnu oleje a filtrů jsme zaplatili přibližně 5 000 Kč. Při kontrole však mechanici zjistili vážné opotřebení brzdové soustavy, které vyžaduje okamžitou opravu. Odhad nákladů činí přibližně 15 000 Kč. V tomto stavu je vozidlo nebezpečné k provozu.
Obrátili jsme se na AAA Auto a předložili jsme veškeré oficiální dokumenty včetně písemného posudku nezávislého servisu. Zároveň jsme si při koupi vozidla zaplatili dodatečné pojištění, protože jsme věřili v poctivost a odpovědnost této společnosti.
Po dvoutýdenním posouzení však pojišťovna opravu odmítla uhradit — a to i přesto, že se jedná o brzdy a bezpečnost provozu.
Jedná se jednoznačně o skrytou vadu (skrytá vada), která existovala již v době prodeje vozidla, ale nebyla kupujícímu sdělena ani zjištěna při prodeji.
Vyvolává to zásadní otázky:
K čemu bylo dodatečné pojištění, za které jsme zaplatili?
Jak mohl automobil s takto opotřebovanými brzdami projít STK a získat platnou technickou kontrolu na další 2 roky?
To už není jen otázka na AAA Auto, ale také na orgány, které kontrolují a schvalují stanice STK.
Navíc bylo vozidlo lokálně přelakováno levnou barvou ve spreji, která se začala loupat již po dvou týdnech a po první myčce, což rovněž naznačuje zakrývání skutečného technického stavu vozidla při prodeji.
Závěrem: s AAA Auto už nikdy znovu obchodovat nebudu a tuto společnost nemohu nikomu doporučit. Je lepší věnovat více času hledání a koupit auto přímo, než se znovu dostat do situace, kdy člověk řeší následky takto neprofesionálního přístupu.

Zostałam wprowadzona w błąd przy zakupie pojazdu Omoda 5 – sprzedano mi auto z rokiem produkcji 2024, mimo że w ofercie i w rozmowie zapewniano mnie, że to rocznik 2025. Dokumenty (Certyfikat Zgodności i dowód rejestracyjny) otrzymałam dopiero po podpisaniu umowy, przesłane kurierem. Wtedy okazało się, że rzeczywista data produkcji to listopad 2024, a pojazd nie został potraktowany jako nowe (pierwsze badanie techniczne przypada po 2 latach, zamiast po 3).

Otrzymałam również oficjalne stanowisko Omoda Polska, które potwierdza, że pojazd faktycznie jest rocznika 2024. Mimo tego AAA Auto uporczywie idzie w zaparte i nie uznaje tej nieprawidłowości, próbując tłumaczyć sprawę m.in. „homologacją części”, co jest niezgodne z przepisami UE i nie zmienia faktu wprowadzenia konsumenta w błąd.

To klasyczny przykład świadomego wprowadzania klienta w błąd co do towaru. Sprawa została zgłoszona do UOKiK oraz do Miejskiego Rzecznika Praw Konsumentów, a z dużym prawdopodobieństwem skończy się w sądzie,

Misleadjng advertising:

I received a flyer in the mail to apply for AAA with a promotion for an Amazon ECHO POP.
I signed up for the digital promotion, was charged twice re: website issue. I was refunded the second charge.

However, upon calling AAA I was informed the ECHO POP was outside of MI territory.
This was not disclosed on the flyer. I did not receive the promoted ECHO POP.

Misleading advertising.
Be aware.

Wrocław Bielany,nie polecam!!!Chciałam sprzedać auto,przejechałam 150km na 2 auta.Miałam umówioną godz 12,niestety z powodu korków w mieście i remontu drogi byłam na miejscu o godz.12.20.Pan mnie już nie obsłużył bo są inni klient. Przesunął mi spotkanie na godz 15 byłam tam z powrotem o 14.45,Pan wziął ode mnie dowód rejestracyjny i tyle go widziałam. Czekałam do godz 16 i nawet nie zainteresował się tym,że jest opóźnienie Skoro wszystko mają na umówioną wizytę a każde sprawdzenie auta jak powiedział trwa ok 45min.to nie wiem dlaczego musiałam czekać beż żadnych wyjaśnień.Ja nie mogłam się spóźnić ale Pan mógł mieć godzinę opóźnienie, szacunek do drugiej osoby trwa w dwie strony.Zabrałam dowód rejestracyjny i wróciłam. Darmowy wyjazd i duże koszty poniosłam z przejazdem. Złożyłam reklamację do firmy ale nawet nikt nie odpisał. TAK TRAKRYJĄ LUDZI.

Firmę AAA Auto oceniam bardzo negatywnie. W dniu 25.03.2025 r. kupiłem Dacię Duster 2022 r. 1,3 Tce automat w salonie w Gdańsku. Zapewniano mnie, że auto ma kompletne fabryczne wyposażenie. W bagażniku zastałem wycieraczki, i półkę i myślałem, że zaślepka lewarka i klucza też tam jest pod spodem. Niestety, nie było. Teraz taka część w serwisie ASO (nr 849504156R) kosztuje ponad 1000 zł. Zostałem narażony na duże koszty nie z własnej winy. Firma odmawia przyjęcia reklamacji. Oprócz tego brakuje oryginalnego trójkąta i gaśnicy. Obsługa posprzedażowa jest fatalna, nie odbierają telefonów i zbywają. Nie polecę nikomu tej firmy. I właśnie zabieram się do wystawiania negatywnych opinii, żeby przestrzec potencjalnych klientów.

A member of the infoline called me and very aggressively emphasized that he has a great interest in my advertised car and can offer me a fair price for it. When directly asked if the price was realistic, he repeatedly answered yes. Moreover, he claimed that he urgently needs my car by the end of the month.

After investing my time, I found out at the branch that all his marketing tricks were misleading lies. They offered me a price far below the price at which they sell identical cars on their website.

If you are not in a hurry to sell, I do not recommend wasting your time with AAA Auto.

I paid 2000czk deposit in Prague 8 branch to go the day after with my mechanic and check the car, because the odometer seemed rolled back. They sold the car without even calling me, so what is the point of paying a reservation? These people are the shame of car dealers, they should rotten in jail instead of running a business.

This still have my deposit money and money I sent to buy a car I have not talked to anybody they won’t answer the phone or send my money that’s mines they basically stole from me when I barely had anything to give
