An aardvark van delivering to a neighbour three days ago has broken down. It is parked inconsiderately and is restricting access to our road. Tried to complain to Aardvark but they kept cutting the phone (5 times before answering). When I eventually got through to the company they argued how long it had been there, said it wasn’t restricting access, they were sorting it out and then put the phone down….. dreadful communication. I’ll know not to use this company in the future.

This company is regularly rude to me and careless with the products they deliver. They delivered an oven which was bought 3 months previous, unboxing it and dropping it on my living room floor breaking the door to the oven, so when the electrician came to install it the door did not close properly. It took them another 10 days to come out and fix what they broke, only bending the flimsy metal fixtures back into place which will clearly rebend and break again. If that's not bad enough I was told I had to miss or interrupt my work meetings if the electrician came while I was in a work call, because they wouldn't give me a time or hour block for when they may come and the service agent was rude and snappy with me. Horrible customer service STAY AWAY
