I can’t thank Wiktoria enough for all her help and support throughout my tenancy process. From start to finish, she was professional, patient, responsive, and incredibly kind. My situation was quite challenging and stressful, but Wiktoria handled everything with such calmness and understanding, always keeping me informed and reassuring me along the way.
She went above and beyond to make sure things moved forward smoothly, and her communication was excellent at every stage. Thanks to her dedication and hard work, I was finally able to secure a home for myself and my newborn, which means more to me than words can express.

It was my first time renting a place after moving to London, and because I didn’t have much experience, I made quite a few mistakes. I was also very busy and sometimes didn’t reply on time, which caused some confusion. There were also personal things going on at the time.
Despite all that, Zivile Rimkute was always patient and found solutions for every problem. I’m really grateful that she understood my situation and helped me through everything.
All our communication was by email, which shows how transparent and professional the company is. I was probably one of the most difficult clients they’ve had, but thanks to Zivile’s professionalism, kindness, and problem-solving skills, everything went smoothly — we got the keys and moved in happily.

I wanted to say thank you to the staff at ABC Gone for assisting me with the flooring issue when we moved into our new property. The entire process from reporting to having the problem resolved was seamless and given priority. The Contractor was amazing in keeping us updated as he worked and Wiktoria was exceptional in rectifying every query that I had from start to finish.

5/5 star experience, Wiktoria made everything smooth easy and very quick. Viewed the property on a Monday got the keys on Tuesday. Very experienced & professional service. Whatever your property needs she will match it.

They are negligent. The flat is in disrepair. There’s constant leaks, never ending issues and it’s just a nightmare. They are liars. They refuse accountability and are always blaming the landlord saying that he is the one refusing to do anything. Even when it is illegal. It’s like dealing with the mafia. I’ve raised a complaint and they are yet to respond. I’ll probably just have to raise it to their redress scheme as they truly are abhorrent. I regret ever having to deal with these people. Avoid at all cost.

I had a leak in the kitchen and reported this to Wiktoria. She handled the issue quickly! The leak was fixed the following day. She also checked with myself that I was happy and all resolved. I've had a few issues in the past which Wiktoria has helped with
