Absolut unterirdischer Kundenservice! Ware bei Bestellung mit Kreditkarte gezahlt und der Betrag wurde direkt eingezogen, die Ware wurde allerdings nicht verschickt. Stattdessen hätte es wohl ein Problem mit der Bezahlung gegeben, obwohl der Betrag bereits abgebucht wurde! Drei Wochen später ist die Ware immer noch nicht da und der Betrag wurde nach erneuter Eingabe der Zahlinfos erneut abgebucht!! Könnte eventuell eine Betrugsmasche sein, der Kundenservice hilft jedenfalls nicht wie versprochen weiter und melden tut sich auch niemand!

Ik heb de allerbeste ervaring met de klantenservice van Abercrombie. Ik had enkele vragen/problemen betreffende een retour en omruiling. Je kan vragen stellen via Whatsapp en krijgt snel reactie. Ze denken heel erg mee en zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Alles was erg snel opgelost. W.b. producten ben ik erg te spreken over de jeansbroeken, zeker een aanrader.

sent my order to the wrong place. Took them 13 days to respond with an actual solution. Ended up just asking for a refund because I couldn’t waste anymore time trying to get a solution from customer service. Basic e-commerce functionality just isn’t there. Go in store or elsewhere.

Interesting, I have called numerous times regarding my refund and never get a response back, no email, no phone call…guess this is why! Don’t shop here!! This man is a pedifile!!!

I ordered from this webside: abercrombie.co.no. Just want to warn others since I tried to check with trustpilot at couldnt find anything about the webside. Hope abercrombie will make sure that webside gets taken down, and report it to the police. I really thougt it was the norwegian version of the webside. I will do it as well as I paid over 1000 kr for the order a month a go I never got.

So I ordered the same size as I normally buy and it was huge. No return label in parcel. Went online to do a return. Only option said I had to have a printer. I don’t. Spent 30 mins on chat to be told that option will generate a QR code and it will be fine. So back on website. Only option was a refund. I wanted an exchange. Back on chat. After 30 mins. Was told they had an issue their end and to try again later. So a waste of an hour and I had to put my dinner in the bin as I burnt it. I wasn’t expecting to waste an hour trying to sort a return. A label included in the parcel would have saved me an hour of my life I will never get back and wouldn’t have cost me my dinner!! Chat kept saying wait 3 mins. Obviously helping other people at the same time. I won’t be buying again from them. Just cost me money for nothing.

WHY CANT YOU JUST INCLUDE A RETURNS LABEL AND RETURN OPTION FORM IN PARCEL???

Would save a lot of time and what if you don’t have a clue about QR codes - the older generation.

This system is damn right time consuming and frustrating. Who does it help? Not me.

You cost me an hours data on my mobile. My dinners in the bin. I’m no further forward.

And they are deducting postage costs from refund. I’ve already paid out for it to be delivered. If your sizing was standard I wouldn’t have to return this. If I’ve 7 hoodies in L. Why is this top absolutely massive!

Now to make things worse. I cancelled the return to try and get the exchange option and now I can’t do anything. Chat told me to do that. It’s as if that’s now final. Because I did that. I can no longer start a return. So I’ve wasted money I didn’t really have on a top I can never wear. Consumer Rights. I WANT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE!

I ordered something on Sept 25th for expedited shipping to arrive on Sept 27th. It never left the shipping facility, and never arrived at my house. I have contacted customer service twice, and both times they said their team of specialists will reach out via email, but no one has. They refunded me for shipping, but I would love for my $300 worth of items to arrive at my house!!

Not only do they charge for returns, but you also have to print your own return label. I will never order from them again. Ive been standing at my printer for 20 mins to get it to work just to return my items. Why not just provide a returns label?

Sobald du einen Artikel retournierst, musst du bei deiner Erstattung immer -10€ rechnen. Das ist eine Frechheit für einen solchen Großkonzern.

They sent me some T-Shirts and the sleeves are random lengths. I paid for the postage but now I also have to pay for return postage on faulty items. I will not be buying from A&F again.

Do not buy from A&F until they part ways with ontrac delivery service. OnTrac is an absolute SCAM and is filled with incompetent delivery drivers and customer service…. IF they are real people and not bots. A&F customer service won’t be able to help you either if you’re having trouble with your delivery. They will tell you the only thing they can do is wait until OnTrac returns the package to them to process a refund… YEAH RIGHT. HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN

Ik heb een paar keer wat besteld bij Abercrombie & Fitch, maar heb eigenlijk altijd een probleem gehad met de levering. Erg irritant, maar gelukkig bieden ze prima service. Ze reageren snel en ik heb vanwege de problemen korting gekregen. Erg netjes afgehandeld en ben blij dat mijn kleding uiteindelijk alsnog binnen is gekomen.

Compras en linea en MEXICO y despues resulta que todo lo que se pide en linea viene de EU y ademas de lo que pagas de envio DHL te exige las tarifas aduanales a cambio de tu pedido que son cerca del 30% del valor
Y cuando reclamas entonces te dicen que esta en sus politicas, las cuales no aparecen nunca durante la compra solo al reclamar te las mandan

Worst company I have ever seen. I purchased over $700 in men’s clothing young men’s clothing set $205 back and I was going to just exchange But after this fiasco, I will never purchase another thing for them and I would Encourage with teenagers that love this kind of clothing purchase from them. It is a horrible.

I wanted to right this review because the item I had seen on Google was only from this company. There’s sooo many bad reviews and I did think twice about ordering however I made my order late Saturday night and it arrived today with Royal Mail. It’s perfect and sooo happy that it actually arrived 😂 thank you

Nou laat je niet vergissen door de mooie dingen die je ziet op het internet van Abercrombie want ik heb jeans besteld voor 80 euro waar een nare streep op de pijp zit ik heb het 5 keer aangegeven en ik ze liegen tegen me dat dit hoort op de broek, nou heb ik alle foto’s bekeken en geen enkele broek heeft dat! Ze willen je nergens mee helpen ookal geef je aan wat de situatie is!

It takes them 23 days to pack an online order. Please do not order online and just go to the store if you need to purchase from them. I asked about my order on 4th day and they said its will be shipped in 23 days!!?? Can you believe it? I can't. I wanted to cancel my order and they also refused my request. I'm frustrated. I have seen no big company ships this late. It's a joke. I will never order from here again.

I paid for an item and never received an receipt of purchase to be able or to track my purchase. And the apparently can’t pick up my order as well. Took my money for no goods!!!! Absolutely fraud!!!!

Definitely give them a call instead of chat. Best experience with customer service was over the phone, with Ellen. Ellen took the time to understand my problem and provided a fair resolution and was efficient. We didn’t need a future discount or to be sent out a new item. Just wanted to receive a fair resolution for AF and us.

On the other hand Jane from chat, seemed like she just wanted to get you off her chat.. she mentioned that she had multiple chats going. Despite being swamped with chats you shouldn’t make your customers feel like you don’t care about their situation.

I have had two orders lost by the delivery company ontrac and Abercrombie continuously uses them even though they are unreliable and sketchy. Ontrac has delivered two orders to the wrong address and has cost me hundreds of dollars. I refuse to ever patronize Abercrombie again and will deactivate my account.
